I was very unhappy that I could not contact anyone to physically speak to in reference to placing my order and obtaining information. I gave up in desperation, expecting I would have to return my items if anything was incorrect assuming I could get a refund. Very unpleasant experience. This company desperately needs 800 customer phone support that is reliable. I left repeated messages per the message system with never receiving a single response. Unacceptable service.

i received both rod and reel. the only problem i had they shipped separately. i only had tracking number for fedex. but after contacting piscfun.com . i was able to track my reel through usps. so the matter was resolved.

Great products that rival any "brand name" stuff you own or are looking at. I've had no more issues with anything from Piscifun than any other tings I own, and the couple minor issues I've had have been solved quickly and easily, they just reply to email in the middle of night instead of the day.

the ice fishing suit does not have a 3xl in stock, only the bibs.

Saw what looked like a great deal on ice reels. How ya gonna beat BOGO right. Company was in constant contact with me though out the order and shipping process and I received my order in a timely fashion. Took both reels to Scheels and got them lined up and ready to go. Unfortunately I can't yet review the reels. Had shoulder surgery in early January and haven't got the all clear from Doc(or the wife) to be back on the ice yet. Hopefully they work as good as they look.

Purchased a few Chaos 60s and an ice suit. Very surprised at the quality of all of the products. The suit has all the features of suit 3x the price. Super warm, easy on and off, tons of pockets, waterproof. The reels cast great, smooth drag and I caught my personal best blue at 96 lbs on one.

The selection process for "hand orientation" is confusing. Is it asking which hand is your reeling hand, dominant hand, or which side of the reel do you want the handle on. I'm right handed and guessed wrong. Now I'm stuck with a reel that has the handle on the right side of the reel. Too bad because I love their reels and now I probably will never use it.

Ordered the ice fishing bibs and jacket. They were shipped out super fast,next day I believe. I received them in undamaged boxes and used them same day. Super warm and well thought out, reflective strips for night time visibility pockets in all the right spots and seem very well made. Definitely believe they easily compete w top brands at double n triple the price!!! Highly recommend!!!
