The Risk Team provided a clear and professional explanation of my drawdown breach. I initially misunderstood why my account was breached despite the final balance being above the limit, but I now understand that the rule is based on live equity and floating losses. This was a valuable lesson in risk management and position sizing, especially when trading XAUUSD. I appreciate the transparency and the opportunity to learn from the experience.

I’ve tried a few different trading platforms, and honestly, one thing that really stands out about Pipster is their support.

The support team has been genuinely excellent responsive, helpful, and actually willing to sort things out when you need them. With some of the other platforms I’ve used, support has been absolutely terrible and can honestly become one of the most frustrating parts of the whole experience.

For me, after the trading experience itself, good support is one of the biggest things I look for in a platform. Knowing that you can reach someone and actually get proper help makes a huge differenc.

The company is great and very responsive,they said I flagged a rule of not putting a stop loss within 60 seconds whereas I always make sure I put a stop loss every time I place a trade. But I'm glad Sean Walsh was able to review my issue and got it solved

I recently discovered Pipster through their trading competition, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience so far. I really appreciate that they offer opportunities for traders to participate without having to pay an entry fee, and the competition setup is straightforward and easy to understand. The platform is user-friendly, the trading environment feels professional, and the whole experience has been smooth. A special mention goes to their support team, they are very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist with any questions or needs. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their users and provide great support throughout the process. I am quite new to trading, and needed a lot of help getting started and Pipster were super helpful. I found match trader really easy to use.

i first got their account in a giveaway and got a chance to try them, tbh the dashboard and realtime feed is crazy. everythings is so smooth and their support is quick. definitely give them a try.

I am very disappointed from pipster competition system because its system is very weak and its don't working properly 😞 he disqualified me after any good reason and saying you use multiple accounts. The investigation is only base on ip address and a same trade alot of people use this platform so if the WiFi is same thats not my fault and in forex market alot of strategies so if today i get a good trade and another people thats have same strategy as me because alot of people on YouTube teach you trading strategy so if he see this video and i see we both learn from same videos so it is possible that our strategy is same qnd and get a same trade and we took so they say you use multiple accounts that's system weakness that they didn't identify the real multiple accounts making and a real single account making no judgement

Very disappointing experience. I joined the Pipster competition, followed the rules to the best of my knowledge, and reached 5th place. Later, I was told I was disqualified for allegedly breaching the rules, but I do not have multiple accounts. I asked them to provide evidence and explain exactly what rule I violated, but I have not received a clear explanation.

If a company disqualifies participants, it should be transparent and provide proof of the reason. Until this issue is resolved fairly, I cannot recommend this competition.
