I found the whole process very quick and easy. The staff kept me informed all the time through my application, and when I was having a problem uploading my ID, they were very patient with me.

Mix of good and bad
I had a loan , which is now repaid . The service and communication was quite good . However , when I recently applied for an additional loan , they asked for more information , then more ( which was fine ) , but then their rep just stopped replying . The original loan was always paid on time , and the loan I applied for was less value , but it must have been declined -- they just never communicated that , no any reasons , so I am still baffled .

I have awesome credit I own a home , as I work in the financial industry i notice u charge people straight away , $20 late fees before they know they are late, it's against the law, u are stea6ling from the public, people don't buy or use this company
