Mental health is a major challenge for our times and the work that Pioneera are doing is brilliant. The concept of helping teams manage their wellbeing in an unobtrusive way, based on cutting edge technology is really important. The trial we ran at Uno gave us some really good insights into how we were interacting as a team and when to change course or dig deeper into what was going on for people.
