I foolishly listened to what some of the Reviews say here and started getting agitated and thought I had been scammed, So I wrote to them and I did get a reply and they said it could take upto 20 Days to arrive.
WELL THEY ARRIVED TODAY🌞🌞🌞
Brilliant Quality and well worth waiting for, I would advise that you keep your fingers out of the way.... They are sharp as he'll.

Stupidly ordered a set of knives from this shower. I have no confirmation of purchase what so ever. We have recently moved house and I mistakenly used our old address for the delivery. I realised this straight after the payment was made and immediately sent an email asking for the delivery to be made to our new address. I have not received anything. There is no way of speaking to anyone.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Delivery took a bit longer than I expected but communication from them was really good and the knife set arrived today and got to say I'm really pleased with them.

Don't but anything from pinkyshop I bought knife but still ididnt get thear is no response from company,I tried write reviews on thear website but its couldn't showing .it's fully scam

This is an absolute SCAM website. Beware. I was fooled by the fake pictures and reviews and the website ending in .uk
I couldn't track the package, no calls could be made to the customer service and after a few weeks i received an email saying package was delivered but there is no package in sight. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE 👿

I placed an order, received a confirmation email of my order, received a tracking number through Royal mail, nothing was being updated, I started to feel this was a scam. I emailed again, heard nothing back. I was going to contact my bank, then after 10 days. My item was delivered today. Not the best of quality if I'm honest and I have no idea where they were shipped from. I would not order again from this site. Just be careful is all I would say.

I have order knives 25 October & was given 3 delivery dates. Last email stated another 10 days before delivery. I have asked for a refund but was advised because they are in transit they will not issue a refund. Do not use this site.

When I bought the knife, I only liked it coz it is sharp. However, the balance on the knife is off because most of the weight is put on the edge of the knife handle and it hurts the wrist when used for an extended period of time.
Second disadvantage is I can not believe how fragile it is. It just dropped and broke into 2. I have never seen this happen n honestly I was shocked that I had to come and write a review.

Conclusion, not worth value for money(coz I paid £45 and used it for only 5 months) and I do not recommend anyone working in commercial kitchen to buy it.

Ordered some knives for my sons birthday. Tracking number doesn’t work and they have failed to turn up. Have emailed the company and just get generic replies quoting the delivery time (which has expired). Can’t call the company as it’s an automated response! I read their terms and conditions and they state they will not accept returns unless the item is faulty / damaged so don’t return or you won’t get your money back! Terrible company. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing as I’m going to have one very disappointed son on his birthday tomorrow!

Ordered an expensive set of kinves over a month ago and despite sending multiple emails to PInkyShop we've still not receved them and have had zero comunication from them in trying to resolve the missing knives, very, very disapinting.

We're going to have to now try and recover the money from our bank.

I take it back what I said before, the trouble is with this shop is there’s no communication, I’ve received my order of knives and they’re great.

Never received my item , trying to get a refund. Hermes lost my parcel on the 1st December

Bought seat covers that didn't fit the chairs. Company played "stupid" and have prevaricated ever since refusing to accept returns. This outfit are cowboys and cowgirls! Steer clear!

Avoid at all costs. Scam artists. Managed to retrieve money back by raining a complaint through bank.

I ordered a set of Japanese Professional knives from this online retailer. My order was acknowledged straight away, and I received a tracking number. The knives arrived in good time, and well packaged.
Very pleased with the knives, which are very sharp, and represent excellent value.

Bought a thermal jacket for my mum for mother's day ,for winter coming in with the recent conditions weather wise today she finally decided to wear it before she went for a walk,she charged the item and put it on when she pressed the on button it flashed lights and turned of,the item wasn't working,I've looked on the website and I can no longer get a replacement or refund as they only offer up to 5 days refund policy so basically I've lose £45 and my mum has lost her mother's day gift I'm so sad over this I bought this item after seeing great reviews for High quality items and decent pricing ,this is unfortunately not been the experience i had in mind when i placed my order,thanks a lot pinkyshop

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Don’t answer emails, wrong items sent, incorrect contact addresses on website. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me. I’m now stuck with the wrong items and £60 out of pocket. BEWARE

Received jacket & it didn’t work, emailed to say & have received no explanation why or refund or new jacket.
This company needs closing down , dreadful
