To be honest I never trusted any online shopping site because of some bad experiences. One day one of my friends wore a dress which was stunning. I complimented her because she was looking gorgeous. I asked her about the place from she bought that dress. She told me about PINKSIA. I was shocked that how can be any web site is so trust worthy but she made my mind to shop online . My experience with this site was literally very good, perfect delivery timing and perfect things as per my order. Thank you so much PINKSIA

I ordered a dress, and it never came I wrote to them but for no use! I didn’t get my dress nor a refund;(

Good customer services and they have some cute items too. The website intention is very nice and I always have a pleasant time there.
Everything is organized by color and sizes. Its not a mess. The customer service in fact helps you finding the right products if you're having any difficulty.
It almost feels as if you're talking to someone at a physical store as you wait in a fitting room.
The site has a lot of items however reasonable price, but most of all they always have most trendy clothes and accessories.
I am always on the site and I definitely recommend it to my friends most of the time.

Save yourself the frustration and don't even bother looking at this scam of a website - PINKSIA.
I have never written a review in my life - good or bad, but this company is a complete sham!
I ordered three items in May. Finally in July, I received two of the three. So much for their quick shipping. I emailed them in July and said I would like to cancel my third item, as I ordered it for an event, and the event date had passed. They said they would cancel the order and issue me a refund.
It is now September, two months later, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have had multiple email correspondence with them, demanding my refund, and I receive the same response, "we'll make this a priority".

i couldnt contain my joy when i saw my package.i had ordered a beautiful gown for a friend and got exactly what i wanted.

I must say that I really find your methods and your conditions unacceptable.

After having wait more than 4 weeks to receive my order, I received something deceptive and not compliant.

You are asking me to look for a local tailor? In the case I could find one easily he could not to anything about the POOR QUALITY of your fabrics and simply tne fact that what you are selling is not what your customer gets.

I wish to pledge for a refund and your return policy is juste "crazy" !!! Who does not accept expedite shipping methods when you send goods from Asia - this is ridiculous and dishonest.
You clearly know that sending back goods to china in other methods than expedite shipping will take ages - and your return policy implies a reception within 30 days.

I will make the effort to send back your bad items to China I do not want to keep them, they are garbage - I can only hope that they will arrive before on time.

But in any case I ask you again to proceed with the refund on my order.
I do not want to receive any coupon as I will never again shop on you website given the hassle it is to receive the order and then rightuously make a claim when not satifed.

Never got the dress I bought nor a refund! The customer service it simply the worst I had to deal with! Just useless, no help whatsoever! I would not recommend Pinksia to anyone! There are other very similar online shop portals that have exactly the same items that Pinksia sells but are better!!!

Zu den nicht eingehaltenen Lieferzeiten folgte eine nicht vollständige Lieferung. Auf Mail's lange keine Reaktion. Nach dem Einschalten von PayPal kam täglich eine andere Ausrede. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch die Qualität der gelieferten Artikel. Trotz Maß nehmen, passt gar nichts auch nur annähernd. Die positiven Bewertungen auf dieser Seite können nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Ich rate allen davon ab dort etwas zu bestellen. Einfacher ist es, das Geld aus dem Fenster zu werfen.

Very pleased with this dress. The slits on the side come to just above the knee. I am plus size and was a bit concerned this dress would be a bit too small but it actually fits me really well, most people could probably order a size down and be fine, but a more flow look would be obtained if you order your size. fabric is super soft and feels like your favorite old t-shirt. elegant and comfortable.

Wow, I feel good to finally receive my products and I can help but say I am impressed by both the customer service and the kind of service I got from tbe platform. Very comfortable, has pockets, very easy to nurse my baby in, hides baby weight well, cute leg slit on both sides, soft fabric, gorgeous color and the price is great too. I weigh 160lbs and got the large size. You definitely need this dress So Buy now from PINKSIA

I ordered some clothes August 10th. I am still waiting for my clothes to come and it is now September 9th. This is stupid. There’s no way to contact them, all they did was take my email and say that’s for the subscription. I don’t even want the bloody clothes no more. I just want my money back or I’m suing. This cost over £100 plus shipping.

I was always afraid to shop online until I met the store, and decided to go on adventures. It has products for all styles, in various sizes and with very good quality and fair price. Bottom line: It was the best care of life the company is fast and the staff are always on hand to help you. I will definitely go back to buying more and more time in the store and without fear of being happy because I already know that they sell what they really show on the site!

Paid for express delivery and receive my items over 2 months after, quality was awful , look like my 10 year old niece would have done a better job. Do not trust the reviews on their website as I post 2 for each items bought and they never appear anywhere !!! Worst company I experience so far.

Scam!! No dress..no maney!!!!

RIPOFF!! Fabric, at best, is child costume quality. I paid for expedited shipping 3 weeks prior to going on a cruise. Guess what didn't show up in time? Two weeks after I got home after a one week cruise, the crap they call clothing showed up. I went to their site to find out how to process returns and instead of an address, they say to contact them. I did a month ago and have yet to hear back. I made a complaint with my credit card company and they are researching it. The positive reviews are as fake as their advertising.

Don’t order from this company. They are running a scam. Despite placing an order over two months ago (nearly three), and paying for express shipping which told me I would have my order within 10 days, it took 6 weeks for one item to arrive (which was poorly made with cheap material) and I’ve still not received the second item at all. They will not give me a refund and will not explain the delay other than to say it’s a ‘popular item’. Terrible business practices and poor customer service. I believe this company is deliberately selling false merchandise and waiting for people to simply forget about their purchases or give up trying to get a refund.
