Put a huge smile on my face
The website was easy to use. My gorgeous dress arrived in less than 24 hours after ordering! My dress was beautifully packaged with pink tissue paper and secured with hearts. The finishing touch was a hand written Thankyou note. The best mail order experience that I have ever had.

Cute shop with great items
Cute store with a great selection. I've been looking for these earrings for a while and you're the only shop that still sells them! Good prices and the shipping was fast, also glad that you ship internationally. The parcel was well packaged and very cute, it also felt very personal.

What a refreshing change to be dealing with”real people”!
A small problem with my order was quickly and easily rectified. The mail sent to me was clear and my follow-up phone call answered promptly and politely. I genuinely felt that my custom was valued and I loved the little personal card that came with my delivery. Well done Pink Poodle! Keep up the excellent service.
