I ordered a package through Pingubuy, and the tracking showed it was delivered to my address on April 2, 2026. However, the package never arrived. USPS tracking even says it was delivered to City Hall, which is not my address, and it’s physically impossible to fit in my mailbox.

I contacted Pingubuy multiple times, but their response was unhelpful they insisted the package was in the mailbox despite clear evidence it wasn’t. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot trust this service to handle shipments reliably. They are horrible customer service some of the worst, responds once every 2 hours on Discord, then said he was going to give me refund then said nevermind he can't. Overall do not recommend, my package never came, they can't find solution and poor customer service and 70 bucks down the drain.

Warning to other buyers: Double-check your orders and be prepared for poor customer support and lost packages. I spent the whole day trying to get a refund just for them to reply every 2 hours then said no.

1st and 2nd order were ok, but after that, they were charging too much. I had no option but to pay, as my things were stuck in their warehouse, which cost me more than the original products. Beaware

Ayer escribí y resulta que veo que dos productos los han cancelado el 25 de diciembre, pero no han devuelto el dinero, y el tercero, como les escribí yo ayer, también me lo han cancelado. Pero el dinero no lo devuelven. Me parecen unos sinvergüenzas. Lo siento, no me parece fiable.

Pingubuy is really good. I thought it was sketchy at first but after visiting their discord server I began understanding everything. If you were like me and had trouble understanding how to get stuff shipped just visit their discord server, everything is explained clearly there. You will then understand how is easy it is. I was surprised and amazed by Pingubuy. Definitely going to keep ordering from them!

Opemipo sorry for your bad experience with pingubuy I hope they did the needful for you and get your items delivered or give you a full refund and compensation because I was about buying some items from them and now I’m scared with your experience I will wait and see if they sort you out.

I've ordered from them twice before and each time, my packages arrived on time in the UK. However, I've placed a third order worth over £800 and unfortunately, it’s been almost a month without any sign of my package. All I keep getting is an apology and a message saying the delay is from the service provider, which is frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but it's disappointing. I would appreciate it if Pingubuy could process a refund for me if my package doesn't arrive soon. I don't know how you treat your customers that way and I even requested the service provider details be it phone number it email to check in with them Pingubuy can't provide them. I just hope my new orders get delivered. Thank you for understanding.

They are disgusting people. I buy 3 items than they ask me to pay for shipping and packaging fee I paid them and than they asking again to pay shipping pay because your package weight is higher than expectations. They are asking me to pay more money than my package price.

Bad experience. 4 months later still nothing. You have to wait forever for everything to reach the warehouse, paying fees for each delivery. Then you need to pay for the delivery (ended up being more than the original cost of the package.) Reached out for a refund and didn't hear anything back. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.
