I have to write a 2 bad Review, because i never had this bad experience. After i wrote the 1 Review, that i did not get my sportwear or my money back. Someone from pineappl wrote to the Review that the post-office was contacting me. But this is not true, i never got an Email or Info at home. Then on 12.11.2020 they wrote they will contact me, but today is 18.12.2020 still no Info from pineappl clothing. Also when i write them an Email i dont get answer back. Really be carefull with this company! I am waiting now 8 month for my order and i did not get anything. I often asked to get the money back, at least they dont answer your emails. No go to deal with people like this!

I have measured myself before placing an almost 200USD order. The products did not fit, I was not able to pull the pants up at all. Even as they came out from the package, they looked. children size. I'm am an EU SX size, so really petit, but the pants looked unrealistically small. I had to email back and forth with the customer service for weeks to even be able to return the products. I have sent photo proofs with the measuring tape around my hips and waist showing that my size according to the size charts was correctly measured. When they finally agreed I have sent everything back all the way from Germany on my own cost. Now waiting for my refund since September 2020 and the customer service does not even respond to me anymore. Absolutely not satisfied!

As I explained several times and proved with photos, my measured sizes are correct. How come that you can respond here within 24 hours, yet for 2 months I haven't received any response from you to my emails and my refund is still pending?

No response received at all to my refund request since September. Please advise the status of my case.

And please avoid unprofessional behavior such as threatening with exposing my private photos. Even if you decide to unlawfully violate my personal rights by doing so, the photos would just prove that the measurements are correct.

My online profile pictures are public and I completely stand behind my review. I do not intend misleading anyone but to expose your unprofessional behavior by withholding my refund you agreed to in written form in email. I am sadly not the only one having a bad experience with your company.

I still haven't received my order and is over 5 months now. I have contacted costumer support many times , some of my emails weren't very nice and they said i am threatening them stuff, but i'm sorry, their products are not cheap so they should use a proper shipping company. I am seriously thinking to file an official complain to an authority and get my refund.

Was delivered where? Asendia shipping company only left it with customs in Romania, and from there no more information. If i would have received it, Romanian postal office, would have a paper with my signature and confirmation that i've picked up the package. Again your reply is vague and without exact information. I only want a refund for a product i never got. Your shipping system is very poorly for a relatively expensive package, and there is no proof of being received.

I received the leggings in both mommy and mini versions. The leggings themselves are fantastic and bright and comfortable. Cute and I really love the mommy and me vibe of the company.

HOWEVER.

I joined as an ambassador and was very excited about the discount I could share and was even more excited when I got these leggings so I could go on adventures and match my little... well I got a pair that the print was off in a way that accentuated my booty in the wrong way. Kids version was fine. I have a very large booty and because of the print alignment, I cannot wear them without being self conscious and my kid telling everyone about my “candy butt butt” everywhere we go.

I emailed and asked if I could just get a new pair so I can wear them without being self conscious. Their policy states clearly once worn they do not refund/replace. They also say they do not replace off printed leggings and cannot control this factor of their leggings.

They did not replace my leggings and told me it was my problem and they weren’t “worried because they did nothing wrong” and stated it was too bad I wasn’t going to be a repeat customer but I was just one customer among many.

Considering the price and lackluster “specialness” of their brand I will not be a repeat customer. If they don’t care about the quality of their print and are only concerned with the initial sale then they’ve lost me. They are correct, they did nothing wrong but their customer service could use some work. I have emails to prove my claims. There is nothing to fight about so I am up a tree and out $$

I cannot wear them in public unless I cover up the leggings (what’s the point?). I regret my purchase. I have no desire to wear any of the other pieces I have either. Their sports bras also provide no support.

Everything is very cute though as advertised.

Hopefully your experience is better. I had high hopes and excitement.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Two months later no items, HORRIBLE customer service refusing to refund me, RUDE anonymous people lying that the package was delivered but it wasn't!! Steer clear, absolutely the WORST company and NO covid 19 doesn't excuse such appalling service and stealing people's money!!

They lied to me and claimed all their products were made of recycled polyester. That was simply a lie, this company seems to claim everything that a customer wants to hear to sell their products. They should just be ashamed of themselves!

These are my favorite leggings, and I buy leggings a lot! I am 5'7", about 190lbs and bought a large, they fit perfect!! Recommend Pineapple Clothing.

This brand is and always will be my favorite. Their clothes are so well made. I've taken diggers on black top and not once have my leggings ripped.
