Order still hasn't arrived after nearly a month
Ordered a watch from here on the 29th of November, was dispatched the next day, since then my order still hasn't arrived with no corespondence whatsoever, unable to track and no estimated delivery date. Have emailed twice now with no response, have no idea where my watch is and this was a Christmas present. Very disappointed and stressed out about my order. Be aware of this when ordering from here as no one will get back to you.

I ordered two watches and a gold bracelet. The watches arrived and met my expectations. Unfortunately, the bracelet was missing from the package, even though I paid for it. So far, I haven’t received a response to my message about this. It's disappointing, as it takes away from an otherwise positive experience. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Meine Erwartungen sind übertroffen worden. Die Uhren sehen toll aus und sind ein wahrer Magnet für Komplimente. Das Paket kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Weiter so, Team Pinaud!
Update: Leider hatte eine der Uhren einen Defekt, weshalb ich einen Umtausch veranlassen musste. Der Prozess war jedoch langwierig und ohne meine regelmäßigen Rückfragen ging es kaum voran. Nach einiger Wartezeit habe ich nun endlich meinen Ersatz erhalten, worüber ich sehr erleichtert bin. Auch wenn diese Erfahrung meine anfängliche Begeisterung etwas getrübt hat, hoffe ich, dass zukünftige Umtausche reibungsloser ablaufen werden.

Good watches, bad accessories
The watches look and feel good - they don’t feel high quality which is expected for this price range so overall nice. The extra items however are quite a joke. Wouldn’t recommend buying the chains or bracelets - just the watches are good.

All our watches come with a pre-installed battery, which should last at least 2 years before needing replacement. It’s simply not possible for the watch to arrive without a battery, but if it wasn’t working upon arrival, we assume the battery may have been replaced by you or a jeweler.
Please email us at info@pinaudofficial.com, and we’d be happy to offer a refund for the battery replacement or assist you further.

Die Uhr ist top für den Preis, die Qualität gut. Ich habe die „ Temps d'Or“ bestellt (Gold-Schwarz) aber die gelieferte Uhr macht bei Tageslicht eher einen „Roségold“ Eindruck, deshalb nur 4 Sterne (Ich weiß nicht ob mir die falsche Uhr geschickt wurde…egal gefällt mir und behalte ich trotzdem)
