I have been a subscriber since 2022. Occasionally I upgrade to the advanced plan. Up until March 2026, the site has functioned as promised.

However, they must have made some change without testing as the UI no longer functions. I have lost the ability to exclude results which is the point of my PROtect subscription. Before you had two options when you wanted to remove an image from search results, you could exclude it by adding it to your PROtect plan OR you could exclude it by filling out information (which is also an option if you don't pay for the service and requires a lot more work). Now the option to add it to my PROtect plan is telling me I have to first upload images to be monitored by PROtect... which I have already done.

I have reached out to support but they keep telling me (multiple times with the exact same cut and paste response) that I can monitor 5 photos in PROtect. Yes, I know this. I have been a subscriber for 4 years and that not at all what my problem is. Essentially the website is behaving as if I am a new customer that hasn't set any photos to be monitored even though I have and am verified.

So the only option is to pick the same thing you can pick when you don't have a subscription rendering the subscription entirely pointless.

I made a request to cancel my subscription but was denied under ridiculous reasons and truly feel cheated. Think twice before giving them your payment information

It said that there was more reviews listed than results listed after paying. It originally showed 152, so I decided to pay $16 to see what else was showing. it only gave me 35 results after paying. Then i received an email stating someone was trying to change my password. It’s a scam.

They have seriously gone downhill with their ability to provide results. They pull you in, take your money, and for the first two weeks of your membership, it's brilliant. However, they have an algorithm which stops them from sending updates on alerts until maybe 2-3 days before your membership is due for renewal, trying to get your money again. The last results on my alerts were on 04 March 2026. Their customer service is appalling - unresponsive as of late, and they charge a lot for false promises. I would NOT recommend using it these days, keep your money. It's such a shame - complacency is a weakness, not an indication of them being smart.

Support hasn't responded for several days. Their website is currently down, simply not functioning properly, even though the subscription is paid. This has been happening for the last two weeks; before that, everything was relatively fine.

PS. Support finally responded and fixed the main issues, so I can use it now.

UPD. I tried the "Deep Search" feature from the "Advanced" plan for the first time, and I have something to say. It shows old results deleted from source sites (but the photos or sites themselves are no longer working in 95% of cases). This means, in most cases, you won't even be able to view the results photos, because the photos themselves are stored on the source site's servers, and they often either change their storage servers or simply get rid of them. So the point of this feature, especially for such a huge extra charge, is questionable. It would only make sense if at least PimEyes stored these results photos on its servers and they opened smoothly (but this is obviously too complex and expensive to implement, requiring many terabytes of free space). But still, we need to somehow realize the potential of this “Deep Search”.

Be great if the site worked consistently, however it frequently breaks down and no one seems to realise it and fix it, they must never test new releases.
