Another great transaction

I have ordered from Pilot's HQ a couple times now and they tend to have good prices and good customer service. As a bonus, their building is located fairly close to me, and even closer to the airport that I fly out of.

Lack of follow though on order

Ordered three items Monday and received a confirmation. No shipping confirmation arrived. Called Wednesday to find out 1 item was on back order and the whole shipment withheld without notice. Needing my supplies which hadn’t left their business I attempted to cancel and was told I would be subject to a restock charge.
Poor communication
Poor policy
Poor customer service
I’m hopeful PilotHQ will fulfill this order in a timely manner. Ordering small parts on a Monday should arrive within the week. Looks like hopefully by midweek. Fingers crossed.

Great product and great customer service and value

We are very pleased with your product. We have selling/donating a lot of acrylic PPE and we have been giving our customers a spray bottle of your product as well as a flyer with your name, info and where they can purchase in the future. We will be giving you more business. Thanks!

This is the 1st time ordering from you…

This is the 1st time ordering from you guys, I had a slight issue error on my part, called the office I spoke to a wonderful and very kind lady. she helped me so much it all worked out we received our items and look forward to shopping with you guys again for both of my sons during college.
