Best Management Company!
I have known Shamil now for over a year and I would highly recommend him to all of my connections, WHY? because,
Shamil is one of those people that goes out of his way to ensure that he manages his clients expectations and always delivers what he says, Shamil talks the talk and walks the walk!
In my experience with dealing with him and his company I’ve always received top notch service. Always been very reliable and helpful, even at 1am in the morning!

Had an amazing stay in Birmingham
Had an amazing stay in Birmingham! Really nice accommodation was extremely pleased with the level of the rooms and how everything is laid out well for you upon arrival. It’s in the centre and the distance to local stores, restaurants is a 5 minute journey. A lovely place to stay for sure if you want some peace and quiet and just enjoy yourself. The apartments are decorated well and modern and will be using Pilot my Property again in the future for all my stays in Birmingham as I travel every weekend! Thank you pilot my property for making our experience so smooth!
