I love it!
I love the pillow pod. It helps with the hip pain I get at night really well. Recently hurt my shoulder and it’s made it bearable to sleep again. My foster son who has special needs also loves it. For him, it’s been more of a sensory experience. So much so I’m buying a second one soon so we don’t have to argue about who gets this one. So glad I bought it.

We would like to clarify that your order was placed just before the Easter long weekend, during a period of exceptionally high demand following a major restock. As a small family business, we operate on business days only, and response and dispatch times can be impacted during public holidays.
That said, we have replied to your enquiry during the long weekend out of goodwill, even though this is outside of our normal business hours, as we are committed to helping our customers as quickly as possible.

After years of hip and leg pain in bed, I finally decided to try the pillow pod and I wish I’d done it sooner. I’m sleeping for longer and I’m not lying there aching and shifting around all night. I also bought the satin cover and it’s perfect for warmer weather, so soft and cool. Plus the customer service team were amazing and super quick to reply.

Bought this for my mum who has chronic…
Bought this for my mum who has chronic pain and finds it hard to get comfortable at night. She was unsure at first (it looks a bit different when you unpack it) but once it fluffed up and was set up properly she loved it. She says it takes the pressure off her joints and she’s sleeping much more peacefully. Total game changer for her. 10/10 recommend.

Soooo comfy
Soooo comfy! I’ve been struggling to sleep properly since a shoulder injury and this is the first time in months I’ve actually been able to get comfortable in bed. I’m sleeping so much better and not waking up constantly trying to readjust. Honestly such a relief.

Sleeping great, but a few issues.
Got to say, I am sleeping SO well. It has added to my sleep arrangements brilliantly. It creates a cozy pod, and helps keep my body supported during the night. I have h-EDS and it is good to have extra support for my limbs.
I was surprised at how basic it was on arrival, and found the instructions very limited. It says something like "fluffy the inside" to distribute it, but it is actually a lot more physically hard work than that.
Trying to set it up alone isn't simple - if you have a second person on hand, use them! Otherwise it is like trying to zip an octopus into a blanket.
I am a week in and still trying to get the distribution right. It is lumpy in places, too empty in parts and too stuffed in others, so I need to try and get that right.
I picked the pink colour, which looked nice online but in reality it is not the same kind of pink! I would recommend you pick another colour.
Overall, it feels quite cheap but is very much helping me.

If I could give zero stars i would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..ITS SCAM!! I received mine this morning and it awful.. its so lumpy and it's got massive gaps in it, it's filled with stuff that looked like what my dad used to insulate the loft with! Please don't waste your money.. oh and they don't do returns!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Update!! I have received a full refund, the company was very prompt in this. Said it was defective, which was definitely true!

Our Pillow Pods are vacuum sealed and shipped in compact packaging for transport, which can sometimes cause the filling to compress or shift in transit, particularly where the pillow is folded. We usually recommend unzipping the inner liner and fluffing and redistributing the filling by hand, as many customers see great results after doing this.
That said, we strive to offer consistent quality, and from what you’ve described, it sounds like your Pillow Pod may not have arrived up to the standard we aim for. Our Pillow Pods are designed to look and feel like those shown in our Instagram videos without any additional filling added.

The memory foam pillow pod is really comfortable and supportive. It took a few nights to get used to, but now I wake up with less neck and shoulder pain. The quality is great, and it holds its shape really well. definitely glad i made the switch.

Don’t buy from Pillow Pod
Extremely poor quality products, definitely not worth the money they charge. The case was ripped on arrival and was pink not lilac. The spare case was also very poorly made. The spare case was refunded, I questioned why I didn’t receive the correct colour, no response since, poor communication. I do NOT recommend this product.
