Paid in full booking cancelled and customer not even told
I booked an apartment in Dundee for my daughterâs graduation last week deposit paid in February and full payment taken from my account in May. Got a message from pillow partners 5 days before booking saying card declined messaged and they promptly said it was a mistake and all good. Day before message for details to get into property no reply so phoned in morning and left message got call back an hour later to say my booking was cancelled as they had taken another booking and people were in the property for a week. No offer of other accommodation ruined what would be the culmination of 6 years study. Pillow partners couldnât have cared less. Customer service was shocking just kept saying â sorry there is nothing we can do and we will refund you by tomorrow â which was no use to my family. Accommodation in Dundee was very scarce and even last minute hotel rooms had tripled. So thanks pillow partners

The accommodation was exactly what was advertised. A lovely place to stay for myself and two other engineers. Spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities youâd expect. Iâd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

We booked Dovedale Lodge for our son who is 3,,and what a delight this lodge is set in,,beautiful surroundings,,very quiet very well maintained grounds,,it even has a swimming pool...The lodge is fantastic inside, beautifully laid out,,we could see our son from every corner,,

Fantastic stay for myself and my mates
Fantastic stay for myself and my mates. Great place for the four of us, really enjoyed it. Had great fun playing pool and table tennis and great living area space with a lovely kitchen too. We only planned to stay there in the evenings but because it was such a good place to stay we ended up watching the football and ordering food in. Would highly recommend for families or groups of friends

Edith, what an absolute star đ€©
Edith Clark from Pillow Partners has been phenomenal, an absolute fountain of knowledge and expertise. She has helped us every step of the way with guidance, advice and recommendations for tradesmen and everything else we needed to become fully compliant. Then when we were confronted with objections from our neighbours which halted our licence application she remained positive and even came to our panel day, which in itself was a daunting experience. She conveyed professionalism which reassured the panel and our licence was granted.
We cannot thank her enough.

Excellent stay at cottage house mews
Stayed at cottage house mews in Matlock bath June 7 for 2 nights . Pillow partners were fantastic excellent customer service very friendly and helpful. Cottage house mews was in the perfect location and it was as it said it was in the description very clean very spacious . The Communication will pillow partners were very good and we will definitely book with them again and definitely stay at cottage house mews again .

We had a very pleasant stay at Ashbourne heights last weekend. Pillow partners have been great in providing necessary information along the way. We did incur an issue while staying there which was quickly dealt with as soon as we raised it. Absolutely loved the location as well. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to friends who are looking forward to book their next holiday!

I booked through booking.com a place for my cousins birthday in July.
Pillow partners took ÂŁ193 deposit from me last September.
Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking in JanuaryâŠâŠIâve not had my refund back!
I emailed with no responseâŠâŠtheir phone number doesnât work either.
My bank have raised a dispute as thatâs the only way to get my deposit back as they clearly are ignoring me.

Visited the Pillow HQ recently, which houses the Serviced Accommodation Centre of Excellence and the Safe Havens charity centre.

Unfortunately, arrived at our rental apartment to find it had not been cleaned from the previous departure. Contacted Pillow Partners and was asked to go for coffee. After a while we were contacted to say nothing can be done and they had contacted Booking.com to provide alternate accommodation. No follow up call to check we had been sorted. Also had to pay out for the replacement accommodation which cost more than original. Very unfairly treated given it was booked beginning of last year.

Had to use this company for a security deposit, paid for the room on booking.com sent me to this company for a security deposit, they then took accommodation fee twice again.
Property had a leaking roof, booking.com agreed to a refund yet this company refuse to refund the money they had no right to take.
1st and last time my details ever go to this company.

Cute cottage
We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy access to cottage. Cottage was immaculate with everything you need. Ensuite shower was not working properly but did not affect our stay as there's a lovely bathroom on the ground floor. There is a water pipe type noise which is explained why this happens in the folder on arrival. Again this didn't bother us, it's an old cottage! Lots to do nearby. Would book again.

The apartment was equipped well withâŠ
The apartment was equipped well with everything we needed.
The apartment was located in a very quiet area.
Train station was located close by. Main Street and supermarket was also within a few minutes walking distance. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the street and does not have lighting at night. This is also a first floor apartment which is not stated in the description on booking site.
Overall we had a pleasant stay.
