I would highly recommend
I ordered a soap bar for my puppy which arrived really quickly considering it was over the festive period. The soap has a lovely scent, lathered up really well and made my puppies fur really soft. I am hoping with time it will help towards making him less Itchy which has been persistent recently. I used the contact form to ask a question and had a response within an hour (and it was quicker than that for sure) I would highly recommend 😀

Perfect Pike's Pouches
It was easy to order online and the products came rather quickly. My daughter is out of the country but will be back next week and the pouches arrived today. So it is perfect timing. The pouches were wrapped well and everything looks great. I know my daughter will love it!

Disappointed
Great communication with the company and speedy delivery. Nice people.
Unfortunately there were no instructions and the screw top broke when opening. Lost a lot of the oil and made a greasy mess on the floor.
I will stick to bottles.

Would Not Recommend
Arrived on time. Although I do not like that the only way to track is through scanning a QR code. Keep it simple and just show me where my package is without me needing to use another device to access the information. Also, the oil itself is not great. It feels moisturizing at first, but as time goes on the oil begins to dry out your skin. It's especially bad for your face and will not make your skin glow. Not sure if it's because the extraction method is expeller pressed instead of cold-pressed. The only reason that I am not giving the purchase a one star rating is because I appreciate that Pike's is trying to be environmentally conscious. But this does not overcome the fact the oil itself is not usable.

Dear Ms. Paul,
We are so sorry to hear you have had this experience with us. International postage is quite expensive which is why we offer a fully tracked service and an untracked service at a reduced rate which is the service you opted for.
Regarding the oil, this is the first time we have had such comments for this popular product but we will certainly take your comments on board.
Thank you for sharing your review.

Vitamin E 10/10
Delivery was fast and on time. I got the Vitamin E oil, and I’ve only used it for like a week so far. So far it’s good. I use it after a shower to moisturize and it leaves me feeling moisturized throughout the day. It has a different smell to it, but it doesn’t stay throughout the day because it’s not that pungent enough. I love buying oils from this company because I know I’m getting clean, safe, organic oils.
