We love our gem lightbox! I helped us take better and more consistent photos of our jewelry 10x faster than anything else we have used. Plus taking video is a breeze! This was a great investment for us to help sell more of our pieces online :)

While I've been using PicUp Media for several years now, recently I was blown away. There was a minor defect only in the jewelry sample photographed, believe it or not, out of a batch of 100+ units. What are the odds? When I received the retouched images, I thought the editing team made a mistake. When it came to my attention the defect was in the physical sample, I asked if it was possible to "fix" it digitally on the photograph. AND THEY DID!!! We didn't have to re-shoot, saving me time and money. Their work makes jewelry look impeccable and very high end. I'm a client for life! Thank you PicUp Media!!!

Great company have not only provided great product but have also been constantly updating and improving the product without requiring us to buy a complete new unit. If you need to take photos of Jewellery on a regular basis this is the product for you. Easy to use and great image quality.

This is a product that takes away all the guesswork (and hard work) of shooting my jewellery. I've tried all manner of reflective boxes with spotlights, etc but this was certainly money well-spent.

We bought our gemlightbox back in June 2018. We saw them at the annual jewelry show in Las Vegas. We had been eyeing different jewelry photography set ups for a couple years. We were still using an oldbox from the 90s. The ones we saw were complicated, expensive and made with cardboard. Not only is the box itself easy to use but the App for it, is SO easy. very user friendly! The staff is always courteous and helpful. I look forward to every update and every new accessory!

I had an issue with my Macro, and the Picup Media team quickly handled the issue. Excited to get using the Macro lightbox again.

We use it a lot for sterling jewelry, and it has paid for itself many time over, The sterling isn't har to capture but the brightness and cleanliness of vintage silver had been some issue before.. very happy with this.
