We are overall very satisfied with the GemLightbox and GemCam and use them regularly. Both products have significantly improved our workflow and enhanced the quality of our images. The integration with GemHub is seamless, and we appreciate that it is continuously being improved.

Our team finds these tools incredibly user-friendly and efficient. The videos we produce with them have also been a huge hit with our customers, who are consistently impressed by the professional quality.

The only limitation we’ve encountered is that the devices are not suitable for very large items, as the GemCam has a focal range of 5–10 cm (2–4 in). Despite this, they are excellent tools for capturing professional-grade images and videos of smaller objects.

Highly recommended for anyone in need of high-quality photography and videography!

I received a call from the support team at the day / time agreed. The support agent was very friendly and helpful and showed me good tipps to take great pictures with the GemCam and the GemLightBoxPro, even with bigger items. Good value in a very short time :-D

Great customer service and quick response from Charles. I have had to reach out to Picup Media a few times with questions and they are quick to respond via live chat or phone call, not just and automated reply. We still have a pending issue, but it has been taken seriously and I should get a resolution soon.

Great products! I’m using the GemCam and the GemLightBox for my jewelry and gemstones business.
With these I can make stunning photos and videos.
The AI retouches are very good.
When I needed support, they acted really fast and were perfectly effective.
I really do recommend these products.

The Gemligth box is a great product which makes it easy to take photos or videos of the product. It is easy to handle and the photos and videos can be used immediately without editing anything.
Also the service and following up of Picup Media is fast and helpful with any question you might have

I have been a customer for a long time and have bought practically all of their products! The new Gemlightpro and GemCam in particular are great products that save me a lot of time and also produce good quality images!

I experienced a problem to make a next step in GEM-box. So I dropped this at Gem. In notime was explained how to use the right way particular avoiding making my own workarounds!

What can I say!! I love this product!

Quality of the product and packinging is lovely - this is my 4th lightbox, but this one is superior in everyway and more...

1/ Ease of use - plug and play.

2/ Magnetic props - so items are always at the same distance and position.

3/ The phone holder is very well designed and does all the heights and angles that you need.

4/ Probably their best feature 'The Software' with AI Cleanup, AI touchup, Cropping, AI Background removal, Placement on umpteen different models, AI descriptions and references and all of your images stored and processed in one place. I have saved alot of cost and time as I now do not need to send my images to India for clean-up and back ground removal - more importantly do it to my standard.

5/ Now have the Gemcam and could'nt imagine that I could improve on my Iphone images, now redoing all my previous Iphone images with the GemCam that manages to capture just what i need in one shot!

Cant imagine there being another product out there that can beat Gembox and it accessories

This company is very active and will email you every day as long as you did not buy, but totally unresponsive after I made payment. It’s now >10 days after payment and UPS still does not have my parcel. I have sent multiple emails trying to get some further info, but no response at all! any

I received a faulty product, the turntable was broken straightaway and overall the product is very cheaply made. Also the GemCam is of poor quality - the images are not sharp and the AI renders the images very badly and cuts off half of the piece - totally not usable. I would not recommend that product at all. And for that price it feels like a scam.

The quality of the photos are very clear. The videos are beautiful as well. It may be a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. I’ve actually had a problem with my box and customer service was very generous with me and was able to get me a replacement I appreciate the help that they gave me.
