Have used Pic Up media products for a number of years and have had no need to engage support. However on purchasing our new Camera we had intermittant problems during the first few months. Support was great through this period, keeping in contact, suggesting what to check, and responding promptly. As the problem was continuing though, without being asked, we were supplied with a new replacement camera at no charge. Now we can enjoy our Gem Cam, easy to use, lots of features and know it's backed up by the best customer service!

I have had my Gemlightbox Pro for 2-1/2 years and she took the time to show me things I had no idea it would do some of the stuff it’s capable of doing!! Very professional!!

The support helped me in the best possible way. The old camera was not working and I received the new new one in record time to finish the new collection shooting. Really happy about my choice.

Margaret Ore was very helpful in getting me set up on the computer so My pictures can be accessed there as well as several things with my phone. Excellent employee!! Very patient and knowledgeable.

Kristine solved our problem in a matter of minutes, plus she is very attractive young lady.

I was happy to receive an email response to my question about reducing a video's file size. Charles was attentive and responded to our request to call different phone numbers, etc. which takes extra time.

Kirsten from customer sales is kind, patient, and very helpful. Moreover, she responded quickly and offered us options.

I just finished a training session with Kristine Villa and she was exceptional. Not only was she proficient in conveying the information I needed to begin using the Gemlight equipment, but she was very patient and answered my questions in great detail. Obviously her knowledge of the Gemlight Pro is extensive as she knew immediately how to guide me to the information I needed to answer my question.

Great great product. There software is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! Customer service is above and beyond! The pictures that the software produces cannot be obtained any other way.
