Would highly recommend this company, the service was second to none and they were more than helpful. The picture itself is amazing I couldn't believe the clarity and detail still in the picture. Everything was exactly as I wanted, and now on the wall in pride of place!

I ordered black&white photos which was delivered in poor quality.

I had fantastic service from Gail. I asked her to check my prints beforehand as the quality i had from a previous company was not good. She gave me honest true advice and worked on my prints to help me make them look great. Thank you Gail, so happy with the service. Will definately be using them again.

I have recently had 3 bespoke canvas prints made where I chose the sizes myself. The turnaround time was amazing each arriving within a few days well packaged and by tracked mail. I cannot fault the quality printing or framing construction. All the colours were true to the originals, a great service and will use again

Fantastic company with amazing service, I ordered my picture on the Wednesday lunchtime. By Thursday morning it was delivered. Well packed and good quality.

I have order a large print picture in black and white. The outcome was poor.

The crop provided in the editing tool was not respected and the image squashed. The darker tones and higher contrast requested in the editing tool was also not followed.

I paid over £26 for this print and it's obsolete, unusable. I have written twice to the support team and have received no answer. No justification or even an apology.

Pics2posters have demonstrated poor costumer service and gives me no option that giving them bad review.

This does not give me confidence to use them or recommend them for their services.

I ordered a poster print and submitted the file. Somehow I reversed the image and as there was text on the poster, I couldn’t use it.

It was totally my own fault. I contacted the company and they were so helpful. They fixed the image and sent a replacement.

This really is 5* service.

Questions were dealt with efficiently & professionally Every email and every phone call was answered. Time was never an issue & lengthy calls were helpful and a pleasure.
Finding solutions to any decisions I needed to make benefited from Gail’s 20 years of experience in this industry.
Budget & quality was always a consideration to Gail so a variety of avenues were offered for choice whilst pricing was generous for the service offered.
Continued support & a keen interest in seeing the project succeed (which included another framed item created elsewhere in an alt medium)was genuine to the extent that the lovely P2P team went the extra mile to ensure a frame I had purchased elsewhere was adapted to mount the artwork correctly.
The finished product looks fantastic and is currently proudly hanging on the very happy recipients wall.

I am blown away by my prints received. The quality is exceptional. I was very apprehensive about ordering the prints so large as with previous company’s they have always been distorted and put it down to the fact they were photos taken with a Phone. Will be using you again for more prints and recommending you. Thank you so much, my large sunset pictures are now pride of place!

I made a mistake with the sizing of my photos one email and without hesitation a lovely lady called Gail offered to reprint the photos at no extra cost all that was asked is could I paid the delivery what I had no issue paying the order was £40 they reprinted every photo even tho it was my own mistake not checking inches or CM I would recommend this company and plan on using them whenever I need any photos or posters

After a phone call you sent me a photo of my dog Sally as a memory.
It is exactly the correct size for the frame. .
She will never be forgotten
