The customer service is outstanding. Return policy works well. Prices are very good. I had to make an exchange but could not find the shoe I wanted. Somewhat limited selection at the high end.

Easy ordering and relatively quick shipping.

The shoes are too big, I usually wear a size 11.5 trainer and this 11.5 was too large, cannot play in them, the quality is great, just the size was off for me

I initially ordered 3 dozen lifetime pickleballs. I only received one dozen. I completely understand if your company had informed me ahead time that the balls were coming one dozen at a time. But it felt as though when I received the first dozen I was not going to get the additional balls I ordered and paid for. Because I received a notification that my order was delivered, noting my ordered was complete. My order came on Friday night so I was reach out via phone, left message and email your customer service. Customer service got back to me on Monday and sent the two dozen balls I had purchased. Overall I spent the weekend wondering if I just paid 100 dollars for one dozen balls. Truly understand if I was told ahead of time. I even appreciate the concept of sending out the balls as soon as they are available even if it is not the complet order. Your team needs to work on communication skills.

I ordered my two products on 7/25. I had to call two weeks later after not receiving my order. They had to redo my order on 8/13 and I was told they would be doing an expedited shipping. I tracked my order and I’m still not getting it until 8/22 which is almost a whole month!!

Pickleball Central has a huge inventory of products and their prices are competitive and often a bit lower than other companies. I really appreciate the 30 day trial period on paddles. Orders are usually shipped very quickly and returning an item is very easy.

I purchased a Holbrook Fuse paddle and the playing surface delaminated on its third use. Pickleball Central set me a replacement paddle and return return address label for the faulty paddle.

I've never experienced any problems,with my orders,they are handled in a timely manner,answering questions,when i have them,I will continue to order pickleball products from them as needed. Jim

I love the paddle I got (Franklin 45C) but UPS lost it shortly after it was shipped . After a few weeks I filed a claim with UPS but had no success getting any info. I then contacted Pickleball Central who immediately went to work trying to locate it. They found out UPS had indeed lost it, and they immediately sent out another paddle which I received a few days later.
