It was excellent that I could email Phytaphix and ask their advice as supplement suitability can be very confusing with many options to choose from and a very crowded market. On advise, I ordered and while it is a little early to say definitively - I certainly have more pep in my step, have less fatigue and feel more “gung-ho”. Certainly, I feel better. So, I’ll continue on and see where I am after a little more time.

My doctor is passionate about optimising male & female health before conceiving....but he's generally very disppointed by fertility supplements on the market. Phytaphix is the only supplement he believed had everything we needed in potent measures. I'm 41 and ttc. My partner and I both took Phytaphix for a month (after ttc for a few months previously) and (I'm still in shock) conceived naturally on my next cycle. I've been advised to continue taking Phytaphix in early pregnancy for the optimal health of the embryo so have ordered another 2 months supply. The order arrived quickly and to my satisfaction. The supplement seems to be helping me. I have to drop one star for the big box the capsules came in. The capsules are packaged in a light, envelope sized zip locked pouch and would have fit in a small padded envelope. Would not put me off ordering again and hopefully will be dispatched in more appropriate sized packaging.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I ordered the Phytaphix energy mix for myself and my mother mainly to help with our energy and fatigue levels. Within a few days of taking this product we both noticed huge changes in our energy levels. The energy mix has a lovely flavour and mixes in well with overnight oats.

I used to think that the effects of products like vitamins and supplements would only be felt after long-term use, and honestly, I didn’t expect to feel this energized in the first month, but I’ve noticed a big difference. UPDATE: I'm nearing the end of the second month and wanted to share an update. After struggling with eczema for 20 years and trying countless treatments, it's finally gone. The only thing I've changed is taking these supplements.
