I had been suffering for sometime with an acute pain in my neck and shoulder which was impacting on my sleep and restricting my movement. I had seen various professionals over the course of 18 months to no avail. I booked an assessment with Fabian who was able to diagnose my problem and instantly give me some much needed relief. Over the course of six weeks Fabian tailor made me a treatment plan involving weekly hands on sessions and home exercises that accurately targeted the trigger points and gradually restored my movements pain free. Fabian did an amazing job and I can't recommend him enough.

I've had pain for a good while now in…
I've had pain for a good while now in my back and shoulders. Kate really listened so well and so kindly and quickly diagnosed the problem which in itself was a relief. I walked into her room bent double and walked out after just a short treatment much more upright and much more comfortable. Looking forward to the treatment sessions starting next week & I've every confidence that, by the end of them, at the age of 85 I'll feel like a spring chicken again !!!

I was bought a Sports Massage for Christmas after a year of lockdown and working from home left me with a bit of shoulder and back pain. My session was with Lee - who was fantastic. He listened to what I said, offered constructive and positive advice and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He's also very interesting to talk to! The massage lasted half an hour and Lee varied the pressure, depending on what he found and responded to my feedback. He also offered some advice and exercises for some issues I've been having with my hamstrings. A thoroughly positive and useful experience! Thank you.

Incredible immediate results
I attended my free back assessment today with Kate regarding have numerous issues including a shoulder injury from over thirty years ago. During this session she used a technique to free up movement of this area and I now have better movement that I since the the injury first occurred. I am totally overwhelmed after trying various treatments for many many years. Can't wait to get started on a full course of treatment. I can not recommend any more highly.
