Physical Gold Limited Omdömen

Very good experience, fast sale and helpful service, thank you !

I wasn’t sure of the process but took some coins in and was paid in minutes. Very helpful on phone also. Recommend

I was in touch with several companies a few years ago for a quotation on some gold coins. PGL provided a good quote but I did not sell at the time. I contacted them yesterday for a new quote which came straight back with instructions on how to deliver. I followed their instructions and now, about 24 hours later, I have the money in my bank. The whole thing couldn’t have been easier and I will definitely use PGL in future.

I was impressed with the service & the speed. The price was agreed with Dan on the phone & I get the confirmations straight away with cleared instructions before I headed out to Hatton Garden. Once you were there it didn’t take long before you were seen to.
Thank you

I had a great experience from start to finish. Dan explained everything and backed it up with an email. I sent my coin off as described in the email and the following day had a confirmation email saying funds transferred.
Very easy and very quick. Great service.

Excellent service from buying to 4 years later to selling back! Highly recommend and very trustworthy. I will not use another company!

It was my first time using Physical Gold. My sale transaction was very easy. Dan was very clear on the phone and the email that followed told me exactly what to do. Money was in my account by lunch time the next day.

Excellent company in every way. I bought gold sovereigns from them five years ago and they have now bought them back from me at a very good price. Very smooth and prompt transaction.

This service was amazing all sorted in less than 24 hours

Great company .. never sold gold before and they were so helpful and offered a very competitive price. The whole process was seamless.Highly recommended.

I recently came across £6K worth of gold sovereigns in a dirty little bag sorting through my long dead mother’s belongings. Dan made the sale very simple. We drove to Hatton Garden, parked right outside & the money was in my account within 30 minutes. Happy to highly recommend .

Dan was brilliant throughout the process. Money was in my account so quickly after the gold was delivered. Amazing price too! Would recommend Physical Gold without hesitation. Thanks Dan

My first time selling. Very straightforward and all done same day. Thanks, Dan.

Outstanding customer service, reliable and trustworthy. Dan has been the consummate professional from our first enquiry and purchase back in 2020 to releasing some of the profits gained from our investment 4 years later
His explanation and advice we received on the investment options and pros and cons was honest, thorough and impartial never once biasing the conversation to pushing you to buy from Physical Gold
The transaction and delivery was fast and uncomplicated and the service and support we have received from Dan since has been exceptional with him always being available with a prompt response to any questions. The sale of some of our investment took less than 24 hours from initial enquiry to the payment arriving in our account. Nice to deal with a company and an individual you have absolute trust in and who set a gold + standard for their business and constantly deliver against it

I cannot fault this company. The buying experience was top notch back in 2016 and being new to buying gold Dan explained everything perfectly. The purchase and delivery went really well and I felt totally confident dealing with Physical Gold. I recently received an email from Dan regarding gold being at an all time high. I was able to get a valuation on the gold I hold and have now sold a percentage. The whole transaction went really smoothly. I posted it midday yesterday, by Special Delivery (insuring up to £2,500 and Physical Gold cover the rest of the insurance). The funds were in my bank account by 8am approx this morning. I was amazed at the speed this was dealt with. The whole process couldn't have been easier and Dan was extremely responsive throughout. I would highly recommend Physical Gold.

I've had a very positive experience both buying and selling from this company. The process was easy and efficient and I received very helpful advice as someone new to investing in gold.

I just sold back some of the gold I purchased 3 years ago, I sent it at 2pm and had the funds in my account by 10am the next morning! I was also pleased to make a good profit on my initial investment.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent customer service and a very professional and efficient service.

Recently purchased from this company and its a 10/10.

Fantastic service, help and totally satisfied.

Very rare to get good service these days!

Highly recommended

On bank holiday weekend I emailed a few bullion companies and got a response from only one. physicalgold.com. the person on the other end happened to be none other than their CEO Dan who took his valuable time out to personally email me back and forth to answer all my general questions, Dan was immensely patient and helped me without being pushy and his service was secure and straightforward and immediate [unlike when u deal with big companies who make u wait all weekend and have multiple agents who deliver impersonal service]and he really did everything he could to put my
mind at ease like offer to send me a certificate, And this is the CEO himself humbly giving me his direct time! I was sold at this point already thoroughly impressed by his customer service! And this is before i found out he was a mine of information with lots of experience and expertise in the field [especially benefited from his insights on webpage and liked his YouTube videos as well].
The only down side was my online customer account. all the relevant information about my purchase should have been made available on this online platform, accurate, up to date and easy to access and navigate, other than this I feel the company's service was impeccable and the fact that they have valuable accreditations gives peace of mind to anyone wanting to purchase bullion from a reliable source who will provide a reassuringly personal service at a competitive price!

I made an enquiry to sell gold sovereigns I'd bought from them 12 years earlier.Within 24 hours, having posted the coins by special delivery, the money was in my account. A very quick, efficient and professional service. Would definitely recommend to others.

Used Physical Gold to buy/sell coins. It was only small transactions but I felt respected throughout. They are incredibly professional and offer a fantastic personal service.

I gave the wrong details for payment but they went above and beyond to correct my mistake. To me this makes them stand out in their customer service.

I have every confidence in the company and the professional staff and would certainly recommend them.
