Very prompt shipping and processing of order and recieved in 4 days shipping to Ireland.

Ordered new camera and lens and few other bits , website has a great selection of equipment and saved quite a bit compared to Irish sellers.

When I ordered I wanted to speak to customer service. They answered quickly were super helpful and my equipment was sent and arrived on time. Great service.

This time around my order was well packed. Very efficient and quick delivery.

Delay with delivery. Courier Issue.
Customer Service via Phone great. Email support response times are poor.
Overall really happy with product and would consider using Photo Specialist again

Extremely Slow Delivery-Poor Customer Service

I placed an order for film almost a week ago and paid for delivery, but I still haven’t received my package. The tracking number provided hasn’t given any useful updates, and the delivery is taking far longer than expected. The lack of clear information and the extended wait time has been very frustrating.

This delay has made me seriously reconsider using this company again in the future. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company for timely deliveries.

Update:It took three weeks for the order to arrive. The updates from customer service were very unhelpful and offered no information or compensation for delivery charge.

I ordered something for an upcoming trip nearly 2 weeks before the trip was supposed to start. Believing that the website states 3-5 business days for this particular item, which was in stock. The package never arrived on time and as of today still has not arrived. The customer service that I rang 3 business days before the start of my trip was very friendly. Sadly though not helpful at all in getting me any information about the product and it's arrival time. Will go back to buying at the reputable and trusted camera shop by all costs in the future again. They did not have this particular item in stock, which is why I gave photospecialist a try. Lesson learned, would not order again.

Ordered a printer for 2-3 day delivery. No sign. Rang them, they said actually it’s out of stock and won’t be available for 7 months. They had no intention of calling me. No apology. Joke of a company.

I bought a Tripod Dolly over a year ago, and was so busy I did not contact Photospecialist until over a year after I purchased it about a flaw in one of the wheels. The way they helped with their "No quibble... we are here to help" attitude, and also their supply of a replacement wheel is excellent. Thank you Mariana and Gino!

I had a problem with entering my address on the website order form. An email to customer service was responded to in less than 24 hours and a solution was found. Delivery of the camera bag has taken only 3 business days and I am very happy with the product. I would certainly purchase from Photospecialist again.

Ordered two different Peak Design tripod mounting plates, the standard version for Peak Design and Arca Swiss and the Multi-plate for Peak Design / Arca Swiss / Manfrotto. Both arrived, well packed and delivered quickly. I find the stock and supply of this supplier to be consistently excellent.

I bought from this company based solely on the price.
Now after 12 days I had not heard anything or given any tracking information. Then I was advised by UPS that my item would be delivered in 2 hours !
Sure enough it arrived in its original Epson box packaging. I suspect that the company does not hold stock itself but orders from the manufacturers when they receive an order. This possibly explains the delay in sending things out. Give them a 4 as the lack of communication causes unnecessary stress otherwise they’re fine.
