Trotz mehrfachen Austragen aus dem Verteiler werde ich mit unendlichen emails zugespamt. Unmöglich diesem Emailterror zu entkommen. Sehr, sehr nervig und frustrierend.

I am really getting frustrated. Every time I have a technical issue they tell me I’ve canceled the service. This is after weeks & weeks of waiting on resolution. Then I ask why I’m being charged? Now the 2nd time & waiting for a response. I’m losing so much time waiting on their technical that might cancel for real!

I signed up for a free service from PHOTOSERGE with an offer for monthly services which i declined to agree to. Never used his free service nor his offer paid service..
I DISCOVERED DURING AN AUDIT BY MY CPA THHAT IN WAS CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS.
I wrote tp Serge and explained this mistake . They would only refund Me one month charges. I expected better response . I feel that is a slimy way of doing business. Im filling with my card for fraud.
I will never come c,lose to this units action.

A small problem with a missing link was quickly sorted without any fuss

The conversations I had with Photoserge ran along a parallel path that neither party realised. Eventually it was established that I had unfortunately registered two email addresses. As soon as that was figured out, the solution to merge the data from both into one was effected rapidly. Top marks.

I receceived excellent customer service regarding a question on a free gift for attending one of Serge's webinars. The response was quick and included instructions on the file retrieval.

I am very frustrated with the email spam I have received every day for years. I have unsubscribed the newsletter dozens of times, blocked the email address and still receive spam messages. The only solution seems to be to create a new email.

"You are already unsubscribed." - Well, it doesn't seem like that.

PhotoSerge posted free software on FB. I tried 3 different times to download and kept being asked to input credit card number. Refusing, I could not download the free posted product. Searching I found there were an number of other people on Facebook experiencing the same thing. I wrote to PhotoSerge directly and explained what was happening. First response came within 24 hours asking for a little more information. The product was uploaded to my account the next day. Support was great and quick.

Today's class with Serge was very enlightening and informative. Thanks very much.

I sought assistance from support via email. They responded quickly and solved my issue right away. I was very appreciative of their support.

All of the webinars I have attended have been extremely helpful. I understand how set up the composition, use lighting for better effects and so much more. I am a novice and can capture decent pictures while applying new skills.

I have bought a lot of courses from Serge Ramelli. Normally I have no issues. But this time I bought a course (Toolbox) that did not appear in my “courses”. No problem…. I send aan e-mail. No answer. I send a second e-mail. Again no answer. As long as there are no problems everthing goes well. But as soon as there is a problem, Serge does not react. That’s not good.

Everything go well and service is very good. I strongly recommend

All of Serge´s webinars are very good and educational in a very practical way, not a lot of technical theoretical jargon. Easy to undersyand and follow.

I started following Serge’s YouTube channel well over a decade ago, and what always stood out for me was his love and enthusiasm for teaching both photography in general and post production techniques in particular.
Always open to new information himself and never slow to acknowledge the people who have inspired him, Serge presents the information he imparts with the kind of infectious enthusiasm, humour and delight in his subject that is so often lacking in a highly competitive field.
I still remember when he first acquired a Sony A7, it was like watching a kid unwrap their presents at Christmas!
At the same time, l have to be honest and say that l always thought that all of these qualities would probably be a handicap to him becoming highly successful - you know what they say about nice guys coming last.
So you can imagine my surprise when l went online one day and there was Serge, sitting next to Scott Kelby, presenting his vision of the art he loves!
Obviously, it’s fine being a one man show when you haven’t yet become a household name in your chosen field and as his name spread Serge obviously needed to bring others into his orbit to manage some of the tasks that took up much of his time.
Hence, he has long ago acquired a support team to back him up and as my own recent experience shows, they are just as helpful and professional as you might expect.
In particular, l would like to give a shoutout to Patrik at Photoserge Support, a few back and forth emails with him were more than enough to help me out, and l couldn’t ask for a better experience.
As a keen photographer since the mid 1970’s, l have never been short on ideas and inspiration, but my entry into digital post production left me mystified.
Thankfully, Serge pulled the veil aside for me and opened doors into my understanding, that truly changed the way l view photography.
As a result, l am currently working on a new method of producing black and white images myself, and I am happy to admit that continually revisiting Serge’s training videos has enabled me to do so.
Once l have perfected this new technique, the Photoserge team will be the first people l will share it with.
On a personal note, I have been fortunate to have had personal and direct feedback from Serge himself on more than one occasion and can’t express enough my gratitude to him.
In short, if Photoshop, Lightroom et al are tying you in knots l can’t recommend anyone more qualified to lift you out of the darkness than Serge.
Not only will he teach you how to use and get the most from your photo software, he will make the experience fun rather than daunting and l can’t think of a higher recommendation than that.
Even if you think you know your post production workflow backwards, upside down and inside out l guarantee that any investment you make in Serge’s training videos, will pay you back many times over.
Finally, if l haven’t done so already, l would like to extend my personal thanks to Serge, Patrik and everyone else at Photoserge for everything you do.
