What an experience. I am always interested in how other take their images. The segment called My favorite Camera Settings for Landscapes was a dooser.
It showed me away to setup using manual and getting the most out of the shot. Then it took the images and with Lightroom showed how to get the most out of the image and change them to a better image using masking and presets.
Forever the amateur, I just keep learning.

I purchased a course last year and somehow it disappeared from my library. Patrik was very quick to answer my emails and put the course back into my account.

I purchased a course from Serge Ramelli and it hadn't appeared in my library overnight, so I contacted Patrik and he solved the issue straight away.

I was appalled that I paid $27.00 for presets which I didn't get. Instead, I heard Sergio and Michaels speak for 1 1/2 hours. This was truly a bait and switch. Not only did he steal time from me but also my money. I am a senior citizen, and I am learning photography because I like it and it keeps my mind sharp. I want a refund. I feel that I was taken advantage of.

I have followed Serge for many years both on Youtube and through the purchase of many of his tutorials. Serge is a great teacher. His photographic eye and artistic skills are amazing. His training tutorials are easy to follow and full of great information that has provided me with hours of expertise that is unsurpassed. His support team led by Patrik is exceptional. I highly recommend going to his website and looking through the various courses, presets etc. You won't be disappointed.

I have just had the academy a week. I had started learning from one of his students, and then happened to come across Serge's course recently. Already, in the first couple of videos, I gained so much more insights, and purchased a software he recommended, that made the editing even more detailed, with way more options. I have already learnt so much about HDR photos in the Fine Art section. He is easy to follow, super positive and inspirational. He is down to earth, highly skilled, but doesn't make me feel like I am a nobody. He values his students, and that comes through in his videos. His motivation comes across as truly wanting to help, not just for money he gains. I am looking forward to getting involved in the Facebook group, to get whatever gems of advice that are shared.

I always provide feedback. Positive or negative. I do not usually respond beyond the necessary questions and brief comments and suggestions.

I have made several queries for assistance. Patrik responded with the information needed. Another request, I asked about a PDF for my notebook's Table of contents. Patrik provided me with a list of the books-training information. Allowing me to drop the information into a spreadsheet. Then import the spreadsheet information and format to automatically updates my Table of Content Doc.

I was a project manager for a telco. I know well and understood Good Service and Customer Communication is one of a team member's greatest assets. My read on Patrik: You, Serge, have an excellent representative.

Lastly, costs for All have increased dramatically. Accolades are been beneficial. Stipends are a recognition for the long term.

But, nevertheless Serge commented that the were quite good and explained what was expected for the assignments.

Serge and his Team are really helpful and expertise in the photoshop The Natural Drama Formula which produces stunning and amazing photography. Their training on this subject is first class! I was fortunate and grateful to be able to attend some of his trainings which were just mind blowing.

Great tutorials and amazing customer service

Serge Ramelli has a very special skill when it comes to passing on his extensive knowledge in photography. He doesn't just tell you how to do things with your camera and post processing software he actually shows you how to art with your photos.

He does spam like hel, did try to unsub to all the mails but he does ignore

Definitely recommend you check out his toolbox kit as well as the presets . Everything ia great. And his lessons are so helpful !

I watched Serge’s webinar yesterday. I was impressed with his presentation of his own journey, how he is trying to help as many photographers as he can, and the quality of his resources. He followed up with concerns I might have, and sent a great list of videos (including access clicks) for each. Many thanks!

Checked out one of his offerings, signed up for the newsletter. We were offered original files to follow along but they weren't available. After a few days, I started getting way too many emails trying to sell me something. This site is way too aggressive. I get people need to make money but this site has a stalking mentality. Asked to be removed from all emails. It wasn't done and continued to be harassed. I needed customer service to do it. Very unprofessional. Had to deal with 2 employees that didn't even talk to each other which made the process more frustrating and it took longer. Stay away from these guys!
