Poor quality print.
Very disappointed! I received the correct print of a mountain scene which I ordered, but the quality was very poor. The colours were nothing like the ones shown on the website. the whole photograph had a greenish yellow cast. I will never order from them again.
I would now like to add that I had a very prompt reply from Photo4Me and I was offered a full refund.
I would give 10/10 for customer service.

Great product poor delivery
The product is great and probably deserves 5 stars.. the delivery however was not so good, ignoring a request to place the item behind a gate and instead laying it on the floor in middle of the car-port for everyone to see.. no idea why they did that..

Beautiful Photo
A first class photo in a quality frame. The turn around time from order to delivery was good.

Great photo, but...
The arrangement in place for hanging is poorly designed and I have had to add something myself. Also, the packing bubble wrap had been stapled under the backing paper to the print itself.

Thank you for your feedback and we're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our canvas print. We strive for excellence with all our products, so it's disappointing to learn that we did not meet your expectations this time.
Regarding the hanging bracket, we would like to reassure you that we have been supplying our canvases with this specific bracket for over 20 years, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback during this time. The design has proven effective and durable across thousands of installations. We regret that your experience was different, and we're keen to resolve this anomaly.
As for the issue with the packaging, this certainly does not reflect our usual standards. The method you've described is unusual, and we'll investigate this further with our dispatch team to ensure it was an isolated incident.
Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss the best way to rectify this matter promptly. We’re prepared to send a replacement canvas with all the necessary components, ensuring it meets your expectations and our high standards.
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we look forward to resolving this to your satisfaction.
