At CBT training Center I met my…
At CBT training Center I met my instructor LIAM. What a great polite and friendly person. I wasn’t expecting having a day of my life after not riding motorcycle for around 20 years. Make me feel comfortable and confident to get back on the road after such a long time off. Time spent on the centre and going through town was smooth and no stress. What I would say is if you need a training/CBT or full license Go and get Liam and George at Phoenix.

Couldn’t recommended more!
Had my CBT with Phoenix Milton Keynes and cannot recommend them highly enough. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel very at ease early on. If you’re considering taking your first step into getting a motorcycle license… hesitate no longer!

Being in the bracket of the more mature…
Being in the bracket of the more mature riders, i was nervous on weather i could even master a motorbike. That being said the team at Phoenix have been amazing from trainers to office. My nerves took the better of me everytime we were due to the the ride out. However, Liam at the Milton Keynes branch, had the patience and understanding of a saint. And with his help and confidence in me i passed my CBT today. A huge thank you to him. A credit to the team, i would recommend him every day of the week.

I had such an amazing time with Ben on my CBT today. He was so kind and patient with me, and I felt in the best hands with him throughout the day. He has a complete knack for filling you with confidence and I’m so happy to have passed with him. I’m already obsessed with riding. Thank you so much!

I had a Horrible experience doing my CBT with them.
At their premises there are no Toilets. The trainer was very supportive of a girl who was riding dangerously on the road and was clearly not fit to do so.
Unfortunately I was riding with her so had to endure being yelled at because of her poor riding as he clearly didn’t want to assert his dis-approval of her and was venting on me instead. Go figure.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Phoenix and congratulations on successfully completing your CBT for the second time with us.
The facilities at the Ridgeway Conference centre are first class as you would expect from this type of building, but for as yet unknown reason, these facilities were unable after the onsite training and possibly as a result in the current building works at the centre.
As soon as this was identified the instructor took you and the other students on the road ride, (you were going at on the road at this point in any case) and went direct to a service station so you could use facilities and toilets, and added a further stop at a services towards the end before returning. Issues such as this do happen and alternative arrangements were made to ensure your comfort.
I have investigated you other concern raised and have reviewed the CCTV on the instructors bike and can find no evidence of your allegations. Our instructors are trained and inspected by the DVSA to a high standard following moths and years of training, and i would suggest your opinion of how she was riding was different to a trained instructor.
We look forward to seeing you return for further training when you are ready to complete the next stage of your journey to full licence acquisition

I recently completed my CBT test and had a fantastic experience. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. The training was well-structured, covering all the basics of road safety, bike control, and confidence-building. I felt well-prepared and safe by the end of the day. Perfect for beginners – I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start their motorbike journey!

Very happy 😊
Liam was very professional and gave clear instructions. He adapted his session to help Luke, who is undergoing potential diagnosis for learning difficulties, which Liam recognised and spoke to me about. Liam was approachable and helpful, a great instructor.
Luke said Liam was very helpful and good at what he was doing. And he helped Lukes confidence.

Great experience.
Everything was brilliant, even the theory side was presented in a way that made it enjoyable. Felt happy and confident in my abilities at the end of the day. I’ll be returning to do my A licence here.
