Phoenix Motorcycle Training - Fareham Omdömen 

Amazing instructors, kept me calm at all times,helped me gain confidence on the road. Didn't make me rush, Highly recommend

The instructor explained all manoeuvres in a clear and easy way to understand. I have not ridden before and all difficulties and challenges I had (nothing major) was due to my lack of knowledge and experience.

The three stars is because I just felt that I was treated differently compared to the other trainee and I’ll explain why.

A) when on the road I have forgot to undo the indicator a few times and I was called on the radio to remind me that, every time the other trainee forgot to undo the indicator the call out on the radio was guys undo your indicator when mine was already undone, making me feel I was always in the wrong.
B) While on the road there was a particular junction, the time I was leading, that we had to turn left, on the otter side of the road, the oncoming traffic, one van was turning right into the same road we were going, for an instance I thought this van was not going to stop, so I did, but it wasn’t a sharp brake, when I was going to turn left as I was riding slowly I felt that I should go from 2nd to 1st gear however I missed this and ended up in neutral bringing me to a complete stop. The instructor stopped next to me and instead of trying to understand what had happened or help me he just asked: “what the fuc£ are you doing” you can only guess that this just caused stress unnecessary.
When we arrived at the training centre the instructor asked me what had happened back there? And he blamed me saying “I had to swerve to avoid crashing on his rear (the other trainee rear).” If you go on a ride with your friends don’t do that you gonna cause an accident (not advising just being sarcastic). Well I have to say my friends wouldn’t break the 2 seconds rule. Maybe was just a distraction he had. A vehicle stoping or stopped ahead of us doesn’t mean it is a cause of an accident maybe a distraction we have, perhaps like one of the ones the instructor had when we were told to do a turn too late, or to turn right when we could only go left or ahead.
C) In the end and when at the training centre the instructor said: “gentlemen can I have your driving licences please?” I was taking the jacket off and when I went to hand my licence the answer I had was: “I already have one in my hand” it just came across a bit rude in my opinion.
Maybe would be better to ask for one at the time in the future.

I am not riding a 125cc I want to get my full license so I can go on a bigger bike. I am looking for a school to have my practical lessons but avoiding Phoenix at all costs.

Excellent training from Phoenix Motorcycle Training in particular my teacher, Mickey. He ran through how the test day/s will go, what to expect and showed common routes that appear on Module 2 which really helped. He was also patient with the mistakes and gave time to work on them as well as explaining/demonstrating in a clear way how to improve. 4 days I did total, including test days, and I passed both thanks to them, would recommend :)

Completed my first CBT with pheonix on 31/08/22 Gary and Paul the instructors, we're great, explained everything expertly and in a professional manner. Will definitely be back for my DAS (just need to convince the wife first)

The difference in my riding from when I began training with them until now is massive.
My instructor was great, calm and clear, and I recommend Phoenix to anyone.

I had my cbt test yesterday (15/08/2) with Martin and Paul, I can’t fault the instructors one bit, we’re both very patient with me and helped me to learn what I was doing. Would recommend to anyone.

Really excellent experience undertaking CBT with a view and assessment for advancing on to DAS. Spent the day with Martin at Fareham centre. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable, steady but not pressured progression. He did a really good job of not only assessing the way you were doing things but also how you might be thinking and helping overcome difficulties, while instilling a sense of confidence in your ability. Phoenix came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others. I am moving on to DAS now and am doing so with Phoenix Fareham.

An amazing company and great instructors, if you are wanting to learn. This is the place for you I’d highly recommend them.

The team arranged everything from training sessions to test dates and kept me informed of any changes. The training sessions were professional and I’m happy to say I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests first time. Thanks Phoenix 👍🏻
