Great team! Very easy to learn from and enthusiastic about teaching future bike riders. Loved every second of the training.
Definitely recommend to anyone.

With my little experience with motocross I thought I’d have an easy time getting my cbt. It was far from that, the trainers explained everything so well that it was easy to pick up. Not only did they tell me where I went wrong in different scenarios but they were so understanding that it was the most comfortable I could have been for a first time road user. During the road ride they gave clear communications and kept everything clean and simple. I can’t wait to do my module 1 because of these guys. Would greatly recommend

Great day had by myself, and Ciaran who was my instructor couldn’t have made it any better. Excellent teaching and very patient. They also had all the available gear to lend for the day!

The members of staff at the cwmbran branch were fantastic and put my very nervous 16yr old daughter at ease straight away. I would thoroughly recommend doing your cbt or lessons with them

Absolute awesome experience Kieran and Julian were thorough and very experienced, they were always there if and when we needed them.
They are really good instructors and always make sure you are 100% confident before you go out on the road

Had my training on 29th April, on arrival, I was very welcomed all the staff was very friendly & made the day very enjoyable, also my instructor Chris, from Bristol was super professional & a great person.

Direct access ---- Julian was an excellent instructor throughout my training. He struck the perfect balance between guidance and independence—giving clear instructions while also trusting me to ride and develop my own confidence without micromanaging.

What really stood out was how he provided feedback at the right moments. It never felt overwhelming, and it actually put me at ease, helping me enjoy the ride even while focusing on all the rules required for Mod 1 and Mod 2. Thanks to his approach, I was able to pass both tests.

Julian is patient, professional, and genuinely kind. He creates a relaxed learning environment, always smiling and giving you the space you need to improve. I honestly can’t thank him enough for the experience and support.

Very well planned day, from feeling very nervous about the day to beeing made to feel confident enough to get out onto the road and ride.

My instructor for my CBT was genuinely brilliant, Adam was fun and professional and elevated the day. after our training in the yard we went on an awesome ride up the roads towards Abergavenny and stopped off at Baffle Haus on the way back. Even though it was chucking it down with rain it was an immense day and if you are lucky to get Adam on your CBT you'll be in great hands

Great bunch of instructors,very patient and knowledgeable,my whole motorcycle journey so far has been made a lot easier and very enjoyable due to the training and encouragement I received from all the different instructors I received training from.staff in the call centre were a great help too,many thanks . ..can't wait to return for my direct access course

Training at the Cwmbran site known as biketrain Wales was a great pleasurable experience, my instructor J Merriman was great to work with being patient and knowledgable and his pleasant friendly manner really stood out which makes one feel at ease, I enjoyed the whole experience.

Great experience, instructors are very approachable and make you feel at ease straight away. They are very patient with riders and always make sure they are happy and comfortable before moving on. Highly recommend!

The guys at Biketrain Cwmbran were great. I completed my CBT with them and plan to go straight on to my DAS in the coming months.

They provided clear advice and useful tips that were easy to understand and put into practice, which really helped build my confidence throughout the day.

I would 100% recommend Biketrain to anyone looking to get into riding.

The instructors were helpful, friendly and always keen to advise. I would definitely recommend to anybody who wants to achieve. Overall fantastic!

Huge thank you to everyone at Phoenix Cwmbran, especially Adam (who was the unlucky one to get stuck with me for my mods). Professional, friendly service with a lot of patience. Don’t be put off if you’ve never ridden before, there is no judgement or pressure. I enjoyed every minute of my training from my CBT to my mods and I’ll definitely be back for some advanced rider training! I’d recommend Phoenix every time!

Had my CBT today with instructor Andy, he was extremely professional, patient, kind & reassuring. I was really nervous and made a few mistakes to start, he ensured to keep me going until I corrected myself & became more confident. I am so incredibly thankful, finally on the road! I’m ecstatic! Thank you Andy!!!!
It was super easy to book, all the information is sent to you straight away, also didn’t have to wait long either, only two weeks from booking to passing. Highly recommend.
