My appointment was very easy to book and was carried out on time, The receptionist was helpful & welcoming. I was immediately put at ease when I went in for my scan. I was given a clear explanation of what to expect and how the scan would be carried out . The sonographer was friendly efficient & professional. She confirmed & explained her findings, I received an email including the images from my scan the next day. All in all I was very impressed by Phoenix Ultrasound and would definitely recommend to others. It definitely provided me with the peace of mind I was hoping for,

My mother had an ultrasound scan of her stomach. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed my mother warmly and made her feel comfortable. The sonographer was very empathetic and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment. We received the ultrasound report and scan pictures within an hour, which was very efficient. Had a scan on Saturday morning and was extremely impressed with the service. All staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had the report the same day and I am now being looked after by the NHS. I cannot stress enough that if you need an Ultrasound and you’re having to wait on the NHS, you must go with this provider who have been incredible on all fronts.

As soon as I got there, I had a very warm welcome from the Receptionist. Only waited a few minutes before meeting the sonographer who was really nice too. The whole experience was calm and professional. Recieved my scan images that day. I highly recommend anyone come here for their scans.

From the moment of contact with Phoenix the whole episode was seemless. I managed to get an appointment for a scan the next day. Upon arrival at the clinic I was seen more or less immediately. The Doctor was extremely kind & considerate, explaining everything involved in undergoing the scan.
Every step of the way he reassured me that everything was ok. He was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Phoenix services, especially as the price for the scan was very reasonable and scans can be organised at weekends, which is extremely convenient as most people work during the week.

Having been in pain for a year- I found Phoenix Ultrasound online- with a next day appointment. The Ultrasound Practitioner called Gwen was brilliant! The report is easy to read and I will take this to a specialist now. I just don’t know why I haven’t done this sooner!! Thank you

We booked in 2 ultrasound tests, due to the lack of appointments from the NHS, so we found this clinic on line. It was simple and quick to book online and I also called prior to booking to ensure I was booking the correct ultrasound. The doctor that saw is was great, explained everything and what was showing on the screen, this was reassuring. I would recommend this.
