I had a very positive experience
I had a very positive experience, I was able to get a same day appointment which was easily booked online. They adjusted my appointment very kindly as I was running late. The radiologist was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and was able to explain my results with high level of detail and was extremely patient to answer all my questions. The receptionist was lovely. I would highly recommend booking this clinic

I had a great experience here when I went for some recent fertility scans. They were very quick and painless and I was put at ease straight away. I would highly recommend this clinic especially if you are feeling nervous about any of the scans.

Quick appointment. No long wait when arrive for appointment. Very good information and professional approach from sonographer. Quick follow up on report.
Only 4 stars as rather difficult to get exact answers to initials question on the test.

Full Vascular and Heart UT scan
The procedure of a Full Vascular and Heart Ultrasound went very well, the consultants were very helpful in explaining the findings. Reports and images were provided with a summary. I think this type of examination is very useful to understand what is actually going on in your body now rather than waiting until something happens, puts you ahead of the curve. If you can afford it, I would recommend investing in this procedure; money well spent.

Efficient and Caring Service
I was seen on time and Simran Kaur who took my ultra sound scan was very reassuring.
The in depth report was received within 24 hours as I
was told it would be.
I had also compared prices and Phoenix offered great value.

Excellent Service
Easy to book and get appointment quickly. Professional and kind staff. Thorough ultrasound examination which was explained well. I received the report within hours of my visit, which I was able to give to my GP for a fast track referral.
