Highly recommend Phoenix

We had Jack from Phoenix to do our annual TCL A/C split inverter system.
We've used Phoenix in the past and found them very professional and knowledgeable. Response for the call out was excellent. He arrived on time and did a tidy and clean job. Jack was friendly, respected our property and gave good feedback on completion. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a domestic AC setup.

Excellent service again

Excellent service again. Great communication. I have used Phoenix ACR previously to service our AC system plus other work. Jack who came out to us recently was friendly and confident, he undertook the work in a very tidy and professional way. I would highly recommend this company for domestic AC systems

First-class service from an excellent team

Can't recommend Nathan and his team highly enough. I've had two Daikin Emura units installed in the past couple of years, and the entire process, from initial contact, survey and quoting through to installation, has been a good experience. Nathan is very responsive and his team of engineers are great.

I had to get in touch as one unit had developed a drip: Nathan responded immediately and had engineers out to me the same day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested their fix and explained what they were doing as they worked, and tidied up after themselves. Absolutely great team at all levels of the business.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, from the initial consolation with Nathan through to the installation with George, I was given a recommendation for another company by a friend in the industry but let’s just say they were twice the price and the unit they offered was not the same quality as the one Nathan and his team provided.
I opted for the daikin stylish unit in black, as it went perfectly with our new garden room, had all the functions we needed and was Wi-Fi compatible, we could not be happier
Thank you for a 5* service I have already recommended you to several of my work colleagues who are looking to install air con

Small but professional team that deliver!

Small but professional team who repaired and regularly service our office AC. Nathan and the team are always professional, very knowledgeable and absolute bargain of a price for the service! Highly recommend them for AC repairs in the central London area
