Philo is ok. It’s not the best, especially with the monthly price. Peacock, Tubi and Prime has just as good quality for watching shows and with a much LOWER PRICE. Philo needs to cut back with the commercials as they are sometimes between 5-8 minutes in one setting. That’s just ridiculous. I’ll pass on their HIGH PRICES just to watch tv.

Very good streaming app and thanks for having REELZ channel but customer service is real bad. They are mean in customer service. And has hardcore policies. I had a bank card problems and waiting on new card in the mail and they won't change it more then 10 days cause it says 14 days to get my card in the mail. Thanks for giving customers 9 days but you guys still work better with your customers. What every happen to one time courtesy time only.

You can stop either these Spsnish commerials. If I wanted to here Spanish I would watch a Soanish channel. Makes no sense . The shows are all in English. Then a commerial comes on in Spanish. Not just one either. Seems like it is having more and more.

Poor quality streaming. Constantly clocks on firestick. My speed at firestick is 120 MBPS and the other services are fine. Their support reminds me of someone reading from a script. Restart this, reinstall that, blah blah blah. They take no ownership of problems. Not worth the 30 bucks a month I’m charged. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Video quality and content options are good but the frequency of ads for $25 a month is insanity. Not worth it.

I would not even give it a 1 because the ads in between breaks are almost 3 minutes and the time watching an episode are about 6 minutes. How does this make sense. It make you cancel. This was my 3rd and final attempt. It’s not worth saving money on a cheaper TV streaming app. At least if you could view all the ads before starting the show it would maybe make people want to keep being a customer.

Worst app ever! Don't fall victim to it like I did. First of all it let's you watch about 1 minute of whatever your watching before following it up with 3-4 minute commercials (that you can't skip). That alone had me looking to end my subscription because in my opinion it just wasn't worth it to pay to basically just watch commercials. In the process of trying to end my free trial, I realized that in order to end the subscription, you have to resubscribe to the service... which was super confusing. So it gave me no way of ending my free subscription and charged me $27.05 for a service that just wasn't worth it. I had to go through apple to unsubscribe for me. If you're thinking of trying philo out, think again.😒

After the 7 day trial the ads versus video ratio increased to 50% its ridiculous and the dvr only allow you to ffwd so many times. Commercials are over 4min and shows are about 5min I kid you not! Ridiculous 😂 we will not be renewing service. They waste 50% of yor time to discourge you from Watching

Well, my account had been cancelled, couple months later my bank card was charged. Not only that, but I also couldn't get my account deleted and to sign into my account I had to resubscribe. So I was charged without my consent and couldn't even login to my account without being charged again, horrible company. I'm not resubscribing, I have too obviously contact my bank and have Philo blocked.

I'm done with Philo. Watching a movie and every 9 minutes a commercial break, last one was 8 minutes of commercials. Done. Takes 2 hrs to watch an hr movie

Wayyyy to many ads/commercials, I can’t even get into the show I’m trying to watch before one comes on again. It’s terrible & way to expensive considering how many ads there are.

bait and switch tactics, end up paying much more than $25 they claim

I am on a fixed income so money is a priority and the price was a big factor. However, you can never get a customer service person to answer questions about what is offered, other than the channels. That should have been a signal to me. You are drawn in due to pricing but unless you are big on streaming or watching a show while it's on, then they are 2 to 3 episodes behind. They offer no updated programming on their Paramount channel so if you like any of the newer Treks, you are out of luck or other recent Paramount shows. They advertise they have shows they don't have UNLESS you pay for a premium like Starz so that's, to me, deceitful but then that seems to be the m.o. of all businesses. If none of this is a concern and you really don't have favorites you follow, then for the money it's worth it. I will cancel the ap.

I don’t appreciate ads being forced on me while watching a family-oriented channel like MeTV that go against basic moral standards. Men kissing in an AIDS medication commercial or drag queens dancing around in God knows what. Ads for Woke America programming, etc. it’s beyond disgusting to have these intrusions into my household. If I wanted to watch crap like that I wouldn’t be on MeTV.

Do not use this company nothing but thieves. I was getting charged for an account I didn’t even have provided the card number(which has been cancelled and still got charged) and because I don’t know the e-mail or phone number associated with my card they will not refund me my money

Been a subscriber for years. Then suddenly this month they cut me off even though I am current with payments. I pay though Amazon. Checked with Amazon they agreed we are current and they did pay Philo. Philo says ok we will restart but you must pay 25% more. Philos customer service has no honor.

If you would like to sit through commercials instead of programs you want to watch, this is for you.

With all these other GREAT FREE AND CHEAPER APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE I WOULD DEFINITELY GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!

Way too many commercials! You are not charged just the $25 it is more like $27 after tax and hidden fees. Plus I have noticed that on the free trial certain shows are not available to watch even though they are airing but you can not watch until the day after your free trial ends and you have to pay for the service. This also happened after I have paid the fee and about a week before the subscription ends they start blocking shows or push the date to watch out past your subscription to make sure you pay again before they allow you to continue to watch the shows. For instance, if you look online at a show it says New Episode airing on 7/11 if you go in to watch it on Philo it now says airing on 7/19 just one day after the trial or subscription ends. Tricky tricky Philo! I know what you are doing. I will just pay per episode on Amazon Prime it is cheaper, less commercials and I can watch when the new episodes are actually supposed to be on and not told I have to wait another week when you allow me to after my payment.
