Great service, bespoke and great quality product

We were delighted with our new windows and front porch. Very helpful friendly staff. The fitters were excellent,leaving the job very tidy and clean.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish on a really difficult fit to our old cottage.

Glad we chose Philip Whear to build and install our new front door, they even kept an eye on the weather so it could be installed on a dry sunny day in the midst of recent winter storms. Very expertly installed and the whole area left clean and tidy. Should we need any more work on window and doors, would not hesitate to call Philip Whear again.

Philip whear were very helpful . guy was very helpful with the initial planning options. Eg suggested a lower front door threshold as mine was very high. Keiron was very helpful when my husband visited to discuss the floor plans.

I I would have given 5 stars but there was a couple of issues which when discussed on site with the fitter, I found him to be rather defensive about the quality of chaulking and trim finishing, with a bit of an attitude. However I did email the installation manager and the issues were corrected. We look forward to doing business with Philip whear in the future.

We needed windows and doors both to replace existing and for new build. We were listened to and given appropriate advice. The measuring up was careful and thorough. Delivery was on time and they were able to meet our tight timescales.

Someone at work said, if you want windows done.. get them from Philip Whear Windows & Conservatories Ltd... we got quotes from multiple places and Philip Whear were very close to equivalent quotes from Collingtons (another very highly regarded provider in Cornwall). The whole purchase experience was very nice. Chris came around for a visit and quotes, he understood our needs, worked with our timelines and Richard made sure that the installation went without a hitch via his team of installers. They got it done right the first time around.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to leaving site. Very personable fitters and masons. End product very good.

Although I was not looking to buy a Conservatory but was looking for some materials to patch up a worrying leak late on a Saturday afternoon and in the middle of one of the bad storms we have had this year, these people could not have been more helpful.
They were true gentlemen and could not have done more to find some materials which allowed me to patch up some storm damage.
All I can say form my experience is buy with confidence.

From the outset, Phillip Whear were friendly and professional with the requirement to replace on old front door with a bespoke new UPVC door. They explained how the new door would be constructed, and helped with colour selection. The follow up survey to ensure the door would fit the property exactly was really helpful.

Fitting was carried out by an independent fitter, and that process was carried out with real expertise.

So all in all, very pleased with the service from this company. Thank you.

We were given installation dates and they were honoured. The staff were pleasant and efficient . They left no mess and as we hadn't been provided with a window key they promised to get one delivered. It turned up the next day. We have nothing but praise for everyone involved.

Could not rate workmen and their attention to detail and expertise high enough. Worked on the two hottest days without stopping. Materials used of the highest quality. A reliable company and would highly recommend them.

Brilliant. Phillip Whear went out of their way to help me, providing additional support and problem solving on my behalf. I have many compliments about the new windows. One tradesperson said they are the best windows he’d seen fitted in a long time! I would highly recommend their professional and reliable service.

The new windows and doors look just amazing.
Good communication throughout, and the guys who carried out the installation itself were top notch. You can get cheaper but I wanted to be sure of the quality and the service, and Whears delivered in every sense. And I feel confident the 10 year guarantee, if ever needed, will be honoured.
