I’d like to share a few words about our experience with Philippe Harold and working with Marcel. We took a three-day trip to Antwerp, hoping to bring our ring home with us, but since it needed to be custom-made, it took over a week. Throughout the process, though, working with Marcel gave us complete confidence. Sure enough, about 10 days later, our ring arrived in a large parcel with all the official documents—and it was absolutely perfect. Marcel is incredibly experienced, and we never once felt rushed. We had all the time we needed to ask questions and explore different diamonds. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely return if we ever come back to Antwerp.
