Philip Bannister &Co Omdömen

Phillip bannister , rude and unprofessional.

We have just sold our property through Philip Bannister & Co in Hessle and cannot praise them highly enough for the excellent service we have received. We had contact with Nicola, Leah and Sue and were looked after incredibly well by all three. Our calls were always answered or returned very quickly, any questions answered and nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble. We would highly recommend Bannisters and thank them for their first class service.

From first contacting Bannisters regarding putting our house on the market, up until the sale. Excellent communication from all the staff and very professional.

We found the experience a bit overwhelming and lots of frustrating twists and turns along the way !
However without the help and support of Nic and Leah I think we may have called whole thing off ! They chased all of those involved reported back to us constantly which we found very refreshing as actually being involved with different parties along the way we found that this always didn’t happen .
Their determination to push the sale through was second to none and we had a few ups and downs along the way. They were encouraging polite and efficient in the knowledge of their business and we also had a few giggles along the way
Thank you

Couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond in the sale and communications
Thanks Sue and all the team
Regards David

Very helpful and informative from start to finish. Would highly recommend the staff for there customer service and friendliness. Thankyou for making our house purchase a success.

From the start the team at bannister where professional, polite, and informative. Alex did the valuation and gave his honest opinion on a couple of matters. Then Nichola & Leah navigated us through the selling process. Most of the time they had information before the solicitors did, which was a great help. I would not hesitate to recommend Bannisters
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have recently sold our property using Philip Bannisters and would 100% recommend. Sue and her team in Hessle were supportive, honest, and efficient in managing the sale as well as my nerves as we had previously tried other local agents and hadn't managed to get over the line (for various reasons). Despite not being in their immediate local area we were very happy with everything and very appreciative of their amazing work!

We found the communication between the staff members and ourselves to be regular and informative and professional

Really pleased with the service I received from Bannisters. Couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. House was photographed on the 23rd of December 2025, online the next day (Christmas Eve). It was well presented and sold on the 23rd January 2026. They also handled the purchase of my new property. Would highly recommend them. I dealt with the team in Hessle.

I have recently used Philip bannister & Co as a first time buyer, the team were really polite whenever I had communications with them and I would particularly like to thank Nicola and Leah who communicated with me throughout and kept me in the loop, nothing seemed an issue when I had any questions and their responses were always very timely. Thank you very much for being fabulous throughout 🙂

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
We recently used Philip Bannister & Co in Hessle and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but the entire team made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. A massive, special thank you goes to Sue, she was an absolute superstar throughout. Her communication was brilliant, and she was incredibly tenacious when it came to chasing up solicitors and keeping us fully updated every step of the way. Professional, friendly, and genuinely supportive.

I have no hesitation in recommending Philip Bannister and Co. They were terrific in selling my mum's bungalow in Hessle.
Nicola and Leah are top drawer. They are personable, sensitive, give excellent advice and are exceptional communicators. Shame they don't have a national coverage! They are professional and real ambassadors for Philip Bannister.
Well done and thank you Nicola and Leah, I really appreciate it.

We purchased a property via the Hessle office.
Leah & Nicola were professional & efficient throughout.
From negotiation to completion they made every effort to keep the lines of communication open between all parties!
Thank you for getting this over the line, and making moving house less stressful - if that’s at all possible!
Would highly recommend these guys they made the buying /selling process effortless.

Very helpful, know the local market, kept me informed throughout the sale process, gave advice when needed.

We’ve just sold our house through Bannister’s at Elloughton. From start to finish we found the team, especially Ian, extremely friendly and professional, and they could not do enough to drive the sale of our home.
Would highly recommend.
Many thanks.

Cannot express how professional and helpful the whole team at Bannisters are! Special thanks to Jennie and Nicola, your care was much appreciated. Thank you xx

Didn't realise that selling a property could be fairly stressful, but Nicola and the ladies at Bannisters reduced that feeling considerably by their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and their inter personal skills which ultimately assisted, I am sure with the sale of the bungalow.

We had a long and difficult house move experience but with the wonderful help of Nicola, Leah and their team, we got there in the end.

Thank you all so much. I would not hesitate to recommend you and use your services again.

Nicola has been extremely helpful and professional throughout my sale of my property.
She has put my mind at ease when things got stressful.

Really appreciate all your help Nicola and everyone at Philip Bannister.
