Awful company.
Purchased their premium line sg 300 gloves, retailing at £380. The thumb attachment on the glove broke on first use and they refused to refund the product. Awful product and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

We’d like to clarify that the glove was returned to us and inspected by both our production and quality control teams. The thumb connector on this model is made from folded, doubled-thickness leather and is reinforced specifically to prevent tearing during use.
Our inspection showed that the leather had been cleanly cut along the stitch line, with the stitching itself remaining intact. This type of damage is not consistent with a manufacturing defect or normal training use, which would typically result in torn stitching or an irregular leather tear. For this reason, the issue was assessed as external damage rather than a fault in materials or workmanship, and unfortunately fell outside of our warranty terms.
We understand this outcome may be disappointing, but we always aim to be transparent and consistent in how we assess and handle returns. Our gloves are used daily by amateurs and professionals alike, and we stand fully behind their construction when issues relate to manufacturing defects.

Oh wow.. I'm in love!! If you want great quality and a good price phenom boxing is the one your looking for!! I bought my son his first fight gloves and we have tried many, I used to box and the fit and quality makes a difference. I would just like to thank phenom for their generous 15% off sign up and they will be our go to, You will not be disappointed!! Delivery was very fast and my boy is gonna be super happy!!
