Great experience
I had a great experience ordering from Pharmazon. The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate, which made the purchase quick and hassle-free. Delivery was also very fast, and my tablets arrived sooner than expected. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My order was showing as delivered on their App Shop but it had not been processed yet! It was processed a week after being confirmed. It was not possible to speak to anyone by phone and their quick online chat doesn’t work as one gets an automated message and then no one replies whilst waiting on line. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Actually care!
Really great experience with Pharamazon. I was waiting on a private prescription that needed to be sorted urgently, but it had unfortunately been received incorrectly. The team picked this up quickly and contacted the provider to get a new one sent across, chasing it throughout the day and keeping me updated which I really appreciated.
By late afternoon they managed to get everything resolved and sent it out via special delivery so I’ll receive it the next day.
A big shout out to Archie and the whole team who were brilliant. I also had a call from the pharmacist, Arshna, as this is a brand new medication I’m starting and my doctor hadn’t advised what I should do with the medication I’m currently on. She was really understanding and explained everything clearly which put my mind at ease.
You can genuinely tell they care and treat people as individuals. Keep up the great work and thank you again for all your help!
