Poor Communication & Slow Delivery
Despite boasting their next day delivery, mine took two weeks.
I was contacted a few days after my order that it wasn’t in stock and would arrive in a couple of days. I said that’s fine and would still like to keep the order. However, a week passes and I still did not receive my order.
What really ticked me was that I was not contacted regarding the delay at all and had to reach out multiple times to check on when it would be delivered.
I’m not an impatient person but if you’re charging that much for express next-day delivery, it should be held up to a certain standard of service.

There was a supply issue with the product in question that you had ordered where it look longer than expected to reach us. For this we apologise. However, I can assure you that 98% of orders placed with us before 3pm (Monday-Friday) are delivered next working day.
