I ordered from this website and was declined for some reason I’ve since ordered from two different companies no problem , I didn’t receive my money back nearly £124! I emailed numerous times tried to call but it was never answered I tried social media and was told it would be refunded! The last email I was told to contact my bank!? So I did report and luckily my bank refunded me, will never ever use this company again

One thing that could be improved is the reduction of requests to complete the health questionnaires that have been completed.

JOrdered product from this company. Which i have been a customer of for several years with absolutely no ordering problems. Now i am not sure what has happened to this now shoddy company. First order went through absolutely no problem, item delivered. They then offered a discount so I ordered again applied discount and my order was declined but took my payment. Supposedly refund on way. Re-ordered again order went through payment taken, then email to say it was declined. I am absolutely Furious, Now two payments totalling nearly £300 off my card. Phoned customer services yesterday absolutely furious to register complaint, agent apologised and promised to look into it and get back to me end of business. I am Still waiting... I am now going to advise my bank of fraudulent payments, and report this company to the General Pharmaceutical Council advising them of my distressing treatment to myself, of being unfair, , cancelling orders and taking payments and also the extreme distress i encountered dealing with them. I await further communication from this company today.
Absolutely FURIOUS.
Day 2 dealing with this Company. I phoned again this morning chasing my promised phone call from supervisor that never materlised from Yesterday. Was advised by Sean that I would definitely receive today. So far no call. Just an email saying New Complaint?. Still no refund of £300.00 I am getting frustrated being lied too and this so called company seems to be blasé about resolving my issues. THEY Genuinely don't care and ARE NOTinterested in trying to actually listening to my complaint. I have now passed my concerns about this Company and their practices to The General Pharmaceutical Council. I will update this review as long as this matter continues unresolved and also their ongoing unresponsive manner .Day 3, still no phonecall from supervisor and still waiting on my refund. Phoned first thing this morning again promised a call back, still waiting. To make matters worse went to use my pen thus morning and it is faulty, spoke to a prescriber at company but was cut off. Sent an email to video product. I am so frustrated with this company words cannot express. Still waiting on Refunds, phone calls, faulty product refund. some sort of response. Please think twice about ordering from this now shoddy company,and receiving disgraceful behaviour shown to their customers. Will update review when I receive an acceptable response. Day 6 still awaita response from this Company, still Awaiting a REFUND. AGAIN phoned company yesterday eventually got my call from supervisor who really was no help, didn't listen to my complaints, obliviously reading from a script that covers most complaints. Still waiting on a refund have contacted bank. At no point apologised for any inconvenience to me for my time calling, emailing etc. Absolutely dont care if they lose customers to the more PROFESSIONAL companies out there. A would never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone. Truly shows their lack of professional conduct and shameful behaviour towards a once loyal customer. I hope the customers that have had issues refuse to give them their custom also.

Avoid , there are far better Customer focused companies out there.
I have reported to The General Pharmaceutical Council to investigate their practices.

My due date for re ordering my prescription is continually changed and brought forward from the 28 day repeat set by me. Consequently I have to remember the correct dates myself - otherwise I would become overstocked with my medicines.

Not happy they took money from my bank then cancelled my order . Would not shop with them again
