They switched to payments by some code through WhatsApp. Instead of directly on line with credit card. When I tried to pay with new system, it said I needed to order over $100 worth. I asked why, no response abd thus no order from me.

Beware

Beware, there are scammers.

I placed an order on Pharmacoline about 14 days ago and never received my product or any proper response.

I tried contacting them multiple times through email, phone, and WhatsApp. Instead of helping, they blocked my number on WhatsApp and ignored all further communication.

What is very concerning is that when I contacted them from a different phone number, they responded. This shows they are selectively ignoring customers after taking payment.

I have screenshots of all conversations as proof.

I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge due to lack of response and suspected fraudulent behavior.

I am requesting a full refund immediately. Until this is resolved, I will continue to update this review and warn others.

Ordered 19 days ago for shipping to the…

Ordered 19 days ago for shipping to the US. FedEx says package needs a better description in order to be released from Alaska. Phone line keeps ringing. Online contact form was unanswered. Multiple emails unanswered. The Botox is probably destroyed by now. Disappointed since my last experience was great

This is a scam please read!

This is a scam please read!! I bought Botox which needs to be temperature controlled for not only potency but safety. They do not label the box in any way to indicate that the product is temperature sensitive nor do they ship it on ice. This screams scam to me why would you be selling legitimate Botox and shipping that product in a way that ruins it. If I was trying to sell a shiny new car I wouldn’t take my keys and scratch it. Also looking at the charge it was under Markavp and listed as a family clothing store not a pharmacy.
