Great quality product and excellent installation.
The fly screens match the windows perfectly.

I am really happy with the product, its installation and how well it works in a house with a dog. Phantom Screens provided a great service at all stages from start to finish.
I can now leave my bifold doors open without lots of insects getting in, which has been great in this hot weather. Previously I would have kept the doors closed, or opened one door and closed the curtains to stop the insects. Now I can see my garden, feel the fresh air coming in and keep my dog happy going in and out.
Also it is such a stylish addition to the house, very well thought out for convenience and appearance. But also very effective at keeping out the numbers of flies that used to come in.

I had my insect screens fitted a year ago and they have been life-changing. I didn't know we'd have quite so many heatwaves coming but without the screens I think I would have melted.

Alison answered all of my early questions and gave me an estimate straight away. Then they got me free tickets to the Homes and Reonovations show so I could meet them and see the screens first hand. I was getting new sash windows installed and thanks to Simon's advice, got them with the trickle vents in the right place and no sash hooks! Next up, Kade did the survey, Zoe sent me the quote and Kade fitted them. I am absolutely thrilled. They are wonderful - just totally blend in!

I just had to leave a review here as recently one of the blinds stopped retracting - within 5 minutes of getting on the phone with Zoe, it's working ilke a charm again. Proper customer service and robust products. So worth the investment,

Great experience from start to end. Installation was professional. Really happy with our retractable fly screen for our kitchen door plus the finish is a good match.

Very easy to organise an appointment, listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. We’re able to deal with those easily. Had to wait a little while for fitting appointment as they were busy but that was ok and worth it as they look fabulous and am looking forward to being insect free!!! Great company to work with and a reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend.

We choose Phantom Screens to provide automated solar shading to a south facing large lift and slide window and to three west facing windows. They have also supplied and manual fitted fly screens for the remaining opening windows in our new build.

We are thrilled with our window and door screens and we have already had a chance to use them during the recent unseasonal warm spell. They are very discreet and easy to operate. We first saw Phantom Screens at an exhibition and had a great chat and liked the product and even went to the factory to get another demonstration.

The survey was carried out and power points etc agreed with our builder which then made a perfect installation.
