73 E - great location for Chicago
73 E. Lake is in an excellent location for what I'm looking for..walkable distance to restaurants, River Walk, Art Institute , theaters and other activities. The apartment is modern and new and well maintained. I like the workout facility and the rooftop city views. It's a mostly young crowd here and are friendly.

Very clean and safe environment
Very clean and safe environment. Would recommend because overall experience was great. The only thing that was disappointing was the elevator went down twice and caused wait time. But again overall stay was excellent.

I enjoyed living there for a month
I enjoyed living there for a month. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The space met my needs. There were a couple small things that went wrong, but response to fixing them was fast and effective. There was a very loud tenant on my floor, but that stuff doesn't really bother me.

Excellent Experience in All Aspects
Pinnacle Furnished Suites was an excellent experience from start to finish. Excellent response and customer service from the beginning to end. Loved the unit we rented. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a furnished apartment.

We expected the move in process to be a …
We expected the move in process to be a bit more seamless, but didn't receive any information of when we could move in, I had to reach out to the company to ask for information on this. The unit is great, but for the price that they charge the furniture should be way better (and better looking) and all dishes and glassware is cheap stuff from ikea. I highly suggest bringing your own bedding and towels, the sheets felt like sand paper.

Hey, Kyley. Thank you for the feedback, as it allows us to continually improve. We have actually been going through an inventory overhaul with all new sheets and towels as well as dinner and glassware. I wish you would have said something! We would have been more than happy to bring housewares and linens more to your liking. Regarding your move in instructions, I do see they were sent only 24 hours in advance. Standard practice is 7 days beforehand, but with your lease signing so close to your move in date, it delayed the process. That was certainly an oversight, and it should have been expedited. Again, I thank you for your stay and your comments. They are taken to heart and will be used to improve our process. - Matt Singley

Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle were great to deal with. I reached out to him on a Thursday and moved in to my apartment the following Monday. The price advertised was the price I paid, no hidden fees and no surprises. Steve was also very accommodating when I had a last-minute lease extension request. Highly recommend Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle.
