I like the weekly invoices and eft

Everything is done perfectly even now that we scaled back on drivers and trucks it is still a great value

I have no problems with P-Fleet. They issue my invoices on time and are always very helpful when I need them.

Anytime I have needed cards replaced it happens quickly. Thank you.

I like that your cards are taken just about anywhere. But the one drawback I see is that you send the statement one day and draft the money the next. That does not really give much time to be prepared.

I am using p fleet fuel card in bay area fuel stations and it works smooth.

Always no problems using the cards at various locations which really helps us in the field. Invoices are always timely and accurate!

We enjoy the details on the invoices that is specific to our agency. We would like to have multiple payments for different agencies under our unbrella.

Every time I have had an issue a representative is available within seconds to help me. Every rep that has helped me has been gracious, kind, and attentive. They remember what I have said and don't ask me to repeat myself! They take care of the issue right away. I have only had one incident that did require quite a bit if investigating on Pfleet's end. It was within a couple of days that they found the issue and got back to me. The problem was on the gas station that we were using. Their system was the issue. PFleet attempted to notify and have the station check into the matter. PFleet could not guarantee the problem would be resolved. They were honest about their limitations to fix it. So, we worked out a plan within my company to resolve the problem.

P fleet is always perfect…… that said some of you stations need improvement ….. the cfn on senter road is always in disrepair

Easy to use. Invoicing and payments are easy to follow and convenient for accounting. Card is accepted at almost any place you stop.

My whole experience was good. This is not the first Fleet card company that we’ve used. I really like my point of contact Mike. He’s the best and he really knows his stuff. This is our third year of business and we are very busy. We need good companies to keep us rolling and that’s what we got with P-fleet
