I would give zero stars if I could but I guess they deserve one star considering the little jacket I ordered was cute. The problem was it’s little so my dog wears a medium every sweater, everything my dog has is a medium and it fits him perfectly. I ordered a jacket from here size medium and it would fit a little tiny Chihuahua, it is not a medium OK no problem Try to get in touch with customer service to return it and get a refund or exchange it for a bigger size and their customer service is horrible. I left several voicemails. No one ever called me back. I’ve sent several emails. I received one email back from them stating that they emailed me two weeks prior which is a lie they did not. They refuse to acknowledge that I want to do a return I told them I need to return this for a refund, and I have never heard from them again Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card just to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I’ve used this company for the first time. I ordered 2 items by mistake, instead of one. I asked if I could cancel one tray. The next morning I received an email informing me that the extra tray had been cancelled. I was in touch with a lovely person, who gave me my refund immediately. Customer service is fantastic, plus my dog will be so happy to receive his oat milk. I definitely recommend this company.
Seller accepted responsibility of the hay. Agreeing via seeing photos I sent that it was not ideal for my rabbits to eat. They emailed me postage paid label. I sent the hay back to them as requested.
They eventually changed their minds saying the hay was of good quality. It wasn't, it was basically just a bag of hay dust. . Took me weeks and weeks to get my money back. After emailing and ringing. So they deducted £3.99 from my refund, apparently for stocking fees. Not my responsibility. Totally angry. Feel they have stolen my money. They wouldn't give me a complete refund. Terrible company. Don't care about pets. Just to make money. The company said to me, "let's agree to disagree on the product" . How unprofessional.
They told me the boss was unwell and couldn't issue refund. But several weeks prior to that the boss said he was looking into it. Obviously a rouge to get rid of me.
If you use this company, please be warned.
The product i received from Pet Things was not in satisfying quality. Usually if that's the case returns are free, but Pet Things requires you to pay for return. Be aware!
The item received from Pet Things was nothing like what was advertised on the On Buy site. Pet Things acknowledged the error and agreed to refund via Paypal, which they did do. HOWEVER, I was told that they would also refund the return postage cost, which was excessive due to the amount of packaging the item was packed in. It cost me £6.20 to return for a tiny bit of plastic when I was expecting a delicate driftwood item. At the time it did seem very strange that it would be in so many boxes - clearly they thought it was delicate. Pet Things have ignored my emails asking for the return postage to be paid. This is not a reputable company who clearly just ignore their dissatisfied customers, so my advise is to avoid at all costs.
