Very helpful
It is easy to fill out the application and although asked if you would like to pay for a wider search you don’t have to, you then upload a photo and are added to an online map. I was also sent some useful information on tips to help find my cat

I took a chance on this website and I’m glad I did. After talking with some neighbors in my neighborhood, they did make me aware that they had seen the post that was made by this company so everyone was being extra vigilant. I guess this is one way to meet your neighbors lol we were able to find our beloved cat and he is home safe and sound.

Well it was definitely useless, I didn't receive any thing in the 24 hours that the add was up. Not sure if this is even a good idea, I could promote an add from my own account with less cost and probably the same result 🤷♀️

Thank you for sharing your thoughts 💛. I completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to see little activity during your campaign. When a pet is missing, every minute feels endless, and it’s natural to want instant results 😔.
Just to clarify, running ads on Meta’s platforms requires being a registered advertiser and completing several verification steps. That’s a big difference from simply posting or boosting a post from a personal account.
However, while we can guarantee visibility (meaning your alert truly reached local people in your area) we sadly can’t guarantee that someone who saw it actually spotted your beloved pet🙏. We wish we could.
And I truly wish every story could end with a “found safe” update, but I’m so happy to hear that your furry friend is back home and safe 🏡💛.

All reviews on this page are written by real pet parents like you, both the positive and the critical ones. Suggesting otherwise is very unfair to the many families who took the time to share their genuine experiences...
Also, we always respond to messages. If you reached out and felt unheard, I’m so sorry, but please know we never leave a pet parent without a reply.
As a team supporting families in more than 90 countries, we can’t yet offer phone support to everyone, but instead, we focus on being highly responsive by email and through our platform. We’re not a scam. We’re a group of animal lovers doing our very best to reunite families with their furry loved ones.
Advertisement campaigns are not “posts” on social media pages. They are targeted ads designed to reach people living in the exact area where a pet goes missing 🙏.

A description always helped others on the look out! QR code always very handy too.
It meant the most that we were able to create posters with a more detailed description! Even Snowy, who is a distinctive white adult male cat, the description helped identify our missing boy much more. As various other white cats were spotted during the search - the description (and photo, of course!) helped many other people notice the difference between him & the other white cats. Plus, a QR code is always an amazing idea! Thank you for your help with the poster & advertising - Snowy is back home! Found 13 days later, he’s now very safe, very fed, very happy, very loved, very affectionate, very loudly purring & no doubt very sleepy!! 🤍🤍

Nur zur Klarstellung: wir beantworten jede einzelne Nachricht persönlich, immer. Es ist uns daher wichtig zu betonen, dass niemand ohne Antwort bleibt 🙏. Falls es beim Herunterladen des Posters Schwierigkeiten gab, wurde das sicherlich schnell gelöst, sobald du uns geschrieben hast - diese Dinge können leider manchmal technisch haken, aber wir kümmern uns immer darum.
Wir verstehen, dass in so einer emotionalen Situation vieles frustrierend wirken kann. Trotzdem möchten wir dir versichern: wir sind kein „KI-generierter“ Service und ganz sicher kein Betrug. Hinter PetRadar steht ein kleines, engagiertes Team von Tierfreunden.
