My husband and I were very excited about Pet Paradise coming to our town and took them up on an offer for our pet to spend the day. At this point, we only knew they had a "pet daycare". But were excited for our pet to be able to socialize.
Lauren called us the afternoon before to advise as to a consent form we needed to sign and also inquire about her shots being up to date. She even called our vet for us to assist with the information they needed prior to her arrival. We spent parts of the day watching her enjoy time outside with other pets on a webcam and saw employees petting her and talking to her. I spent some additional time on Pet Paradise's website and found out they also offer grooming services, boarding and vet plans.
I later in the day called and spoke with Yvonne about having Aura groomed while she was there for the day. She asked several questions so she knew about our pet and exactly what we wanted for her. She gave suggestions based on her experience and was all to happy to oblige a last minute appointment.
Later in the afternoon, Rachel called to advise that Aura's grooming was going very well and was very informative about several other questions I had regarding their additional services. We will be trying their vet in the near future and continue to have Aura enjoy day camp with the caring people at Pet Paradise.

Don't even bother with these fools. Scheduled a vet visit for our first time here. At the last minute they canceled and I had to reschedule. Brought my dog this morning. Told them I was here. Waited 15 mins outside in the heat before anyone came out. I gave them my dogs records and signed up for premier plan as I assumed I would be back. They took my card eagerly and ran it through. They then headed back inside. I asked if they could actually take my dog inside since she was panting heavily. They told me it would be 30 mins. So I went home I live only a few mins away. I figured it would be a while based on their track record. When I got home I got a snotty rude call asking where I was. She told me it was not a drop off appointment and I was supposed to stay outside. No one told me that when I took her in and sitting outside in the heat was ridiculous. I went back and demanded to speak with a manager. Vet came out was condescending so I demanded to speak with facility manager. They gave me a number. I told them to cancel my monthly membership and charge me for the services used today. They then took their time bringing her pills out. I called manager from the car and told her their facility was a joke and people were rude. I asked if the had canceled membership. She said yes so I hung up. Since they had been so incompetent at every step of the way, I called back and asked again if the canceled the monthly charge. As expected they had not. I told her to cancel. She said she canceled but there was a balance owing and I told the fourth person in a row to cancel and charge me what was owed that I would rather swallow razor blades than come back. These people are rude, incompetent, and condescending. It's a nice facility and they are eager to get your money but I fear for dogs left there. I will never go back. Disgusting.

PetParadise is really nice place to stay and enjoy for your baby, Extremely happy experience with my chippy. Staff are great and very responsive.

Brought my buddy and he really enjoyed his stay. There are lots of activities for pets and friendly staff too.

Our fur baby goes to pet paradise in Wesley chapel Fl. We feel 1000% comfortable leaving him for day camp or boarding over multiple days. The staff is outstanding and extremely patient. I’ve been known to call multiple times on day camp days to find out if Diesel is playing etc. The staff always show kindness and empathy and makes me feel that there’s no problem in calling.

Update August 9: We took full advantage of the reduced day camp rate in July. Diesel got to go to camp twice a week; what a great summer break for a pup

My two retired racing Greyhounds love going to day camp at Pet Paradise. They come home tired and happy.

We’ve been bringing our golden retriever, Joey, to Pet Paradise for 6 1/2 years for daycare and boarding. He adores the staff and has so much fun every time he goes. The staff is conscientious and they truly love the animals in their care. The facility is always clean and nothing beats the bone-shaped pool. There is always a playtime attendant in the pool area and play yard with the dogs. It’s such a comfort to know that Joey is being well cared for and having a blast when we are away.

Very clean and organized. Check in and out was very well orchestrated during this time of pandemic. They took amazing care of my baby and she came back to me happy and satisfied. I would certainly have them watch my babies again.

We made an appointment for a grooming at 9 am. We heard nothing and called at 3 pm to check the status. I arrived at 3:30 and was told it would be another half hour. What’s the point of making an APPOINTMENT? Reconsidering our choice of grooming services.

On Sacra's last visit, I paid for services, that I feel were not done with the effort paid for. I am weary of taking her again. She goes there really scared and leaves there with relief. Pet Paradise is a quality facility with great amenities. I appreciate the boarding and daycare services you offer.
