Very good at taking your monthly…
Very good at taking your monthly payments, very good at sending generic emails, just to say if you have any questions go on to their site, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these. Better places out there than these. Can’t clam back because the vet gave my dog eye drops in the past (July 25) and just had a cyst removed (Feb 26) so he wasnt covered, would have been nice if they responded to keep a paying customer informed.

My 2,5 years old dog suffered a nasty bacterial ear infection. We ended up with 4 visits to vet for a treatment and total cost of around 400.
PetInsurance declined the claim based on the fact that my dog had ear mites (not an infection) 2+ years ago as a puppy. We treated mites on the next day when we got her home and it happened to be before we insured the dog. With this logic one should be really lucky for the claim to be payed. Spending loads of time now going through official complaint with financial ombudsman office. Very disappointed, cannot recommend.

Won't pay out
Everything is great until you have to claim, then they do everything they can to block your claim.
We paid insurance for 5 years for our dog, never claimed, until she had kidney failure & died. We claimed for her medical expenses, but were rejected because her illness was not as a result of an accident. Read the small print very carefully....
